One more step to go wrong
Whilst this app appears to organize what was/is one of the most chaotic processes it just adds another step that can go wrong. I was unable to book an appointment through the app on ANY day on the calendar. I went to the immigration office directly only to be told they can’t help and that I must contact the admin of the app. Of course no concern that my visa would run out in the meantime… one catch22 situation after another..
