I have wanted not be able to look at all of my bill on my phone and pay and make changes. I can’t.
Mobile deposit is flawed
The mobile deposit in this app is the worst in all of the banking apps I have used. It relies on the user to take a good picture of the check, which is really hard to do. Other banking apps detect the check features and take the picture once for you once it can see everything. Also Simmons requires you to write for mobile deposit to their bank. What happens when the deposit fails and I want to deposit this in another bank. Other banks don’t require this on the checks.

I’m a senior citizen that stays in at my home a lot. It is very easy to check my balances and pay my bills. Thank you so much for your service
Almost Never Works
This app never works when I need it to. It can never give me an updated balance and I always get the “something went wrong, we can’t process your request at this time” message. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it STILL can’t tell me how much money I have left. Hope I don’t overdraft! 🤷🏻♂️

I’m giving not only Simmons Banking online but Simmons the bank itself and their employees where I bank in Nixa, MO.
The online banking is very easy to manoeuvre and pay my bills and hurry up and get off-line so I can do other things. The Location in Nixa, the people are very professional, and yet, they have a sense of humour. They know your name and know who you are (trouble, HaHaHa! ) the moment you walk in the door and that’s a very welcoming feeling.

I had money in the card and it said I didn’t have any. So embarrassing. Fix yalls app.
I love my Whitesboro people!
Tonja at the Whitesboro branch is so patient and helpful. Your money is a very personal and stressful thing to take care of sometimes and Tonja always walks me through things. She also reminds us of things that we need to do to make sure things are easier on our children. I appreciate her very much.
