I’m a senior citizen that stays in at my home a lot. It is very easy to check my balances and pay my bills. Thank you so much for your service
Almost Never Works
This app never works when I need it to. It can never give me an updated balance and I always get the “something went wrong, we can’t process your request at this time” message. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it STILL can’t tell me how much money I have left. Hope I don’t overdraft! 🤷🏻♂️

I’m giving not only Simmons Banking online but Simmons the bank itself and their employees where I bank in Nixa, MO.
The online banking is very easy to manoeuvre and pay my bills and hurry up and get off-line so I can do other things. The Location in Nixa, the people are very professional, and yet, they have a sense of humour. They know your name and know who you are (trouble, HaHaHa! ) the moment you walk in the door and that’s a very welcoming feeling.

I had money in the card and it said I didn’t have any. So embarrassing. Fix yalls app.
I love my Whitesboro people!
Tonja at the Whitesboro branch is so patient and helpful. Your money is a very personal and stressful thing to take care of sometimes and Tonja always walks me through things. She also reminds us of things that we need to do to make sure things are easier on our children. I appreciate her very much.

Simmons sucks. They are difficult to deal with & will restrict access to your money very quickly & you’ll have to wait at least a week to get back into it.

Won’t updated info
Won’t update my balance or anything else. Won’t let me log in on the browser either even though I have my log in info saved into my phone. Haven’t even had my business account opened long and want to switch banks already.
Mobile banking app
I love my branch and people there. I loath the mobile banking app! It is frustrating to spend hours to make notes and tags on the mobile banking app and then not be able to access anything farther than 18 months back from the day it is. Then when I gave access to my bookkeeping/ accounting program to download transactions, the notes and tags I created in the mobile banking app are not transferred with it. At times the transaction says “store” for a debit! Like what store??? If you want customers to leave paper statements then give us access to our records without delay of having to request them! I also could not get a csv to download them into the program I bought. Simmons Mobile app is completely Frustrating!!! Ugh

Exceptional
I have banked with Simmons for 20 years. They have excellent customer service. Their Bill Pay system makes keeping up with finances so easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

The update on transferring money is confusing and horrible. Please go back to the old way
