Useless
Just like the employee’s of Arundel mills, it doesn’t work. Information isn’t conveyed properly or executed in a timely manner. In emergency situations no one can help until you submit a request, even though in standing in front of you.
Terrible app
During the latest Ice storms the employees couldn't get any updates from the mall due to issues with the app.

This app doesn’t ever work
They need to update this app because I can’t even log in without it saying my internet connection is bad or that my login credentials are invalid when everything is right…
Terrible App
The app never works properly. If says credentials aren’t recognized but then after a couple attempts it will sign in. Then when you get in, it will constantly sit idling with “Fetching Data”. If you receive a notification and try to sign in, it takes forever to sign in. Worst app to use to try to communicate with mall management.

delete the app
the app never loads it's always "fetching data" and then shows an error message no matter what i do it's always the same. how can a mall require management to download an app that does not work

This app is absolute garbage. I work in the mall and it never opens and force closes. Like today we had bad weather couldn’t get the app to open so if I knew if I need to open. Fix your app man or answer the phones. Management in the mall is not good.
Super slow!
The app is super slow! Half of the time, it just gets stuck on the landing page trying to load. Super inconvenient!
