This is so easy to use. And I love it.
Straightforward patient portal
Really enjoy the online scheduling feature. There is a minor bug where the messaging window doesn’t always adjust as you type. Therefore, all you can see is the first sentence you wrote even as your writing sentence #3. Otherwise, very user friendly and straightforward.
Impressive
I have been in therapy for a long time; I’m talking it’s been since 2009. My depression is getting better, my personality is improving, and I’m getting better every day.
The backend support staff are doing a fantastic job by keeping me informed and filling all of the documentation, corrections of clinical discrepancies, and they are friendly too!

This place rocks
Ashley is probably one of the most profound therapist I’ve ever been to. She is amazing. She is very smart and articulate. She listens very well.
Helps keep me on track with me
I can easily message my providers and I like that I can use for multiple providers under one email. Convenient and easy to navigate.
Violates “Click to Cancel” regulation
New York passed an executive order requiring that services have a simplified “click to cancel” function. This app has a “Cancel” button yet it doesn’t cancel, it instead makes you call your practitioner. The credit card billing also doesn’t let you remove your card, you also have to call. This allows rogue practitioners to bilk patients out of money, with no way out. Shameful dark patterns.

Very bad
Can't remove credit cards once added, can't remove account or personal info, no support for clients what so ever. Spams the provider. Automatically charges your cards for amounts you didn't agree to pay. Let us pay manually! Let us delete our info!

Outstanding service
Do not pass dr Jackson up or his team if you need help. They will never leave you hanging and will get you going if all your ducks are in a row and your paperwork aligned with what you need.
The entire staff, including Dr. Jackson is one of the best if not, honestly the best providers I’ve been a patient of in 25 Years. If you pass Hanicap MD up, I wish you the best and good luck. Cause it don’t get no better than here.

This is an excellent app for booking appointments, communication with your provider, and seeing billing information. It is very easy to use and navigate.

Honestly, out of all the other applications I’ve used I would prefer all providers to use this one. 10 out of 10
Profile management
I don’t get how such a widely used app doesn’t allow multiple patients to be set up under a single email address. Both my kids needed to see the same therapist but I had to jump through the hoops of putting them under different emails. It is mind blowing that such a basic use case is still missing from this app. If this feature does exist you need to do a way better job of helping clinicians understand your feature set and how to leverage it. Please get this on your feature roadmap asap.
