Great app but difficult to send messages
I’m loving the app aside from the fact that I cannot easily type a message to my therapist because the keyboard covers the text box as I type and I can’t see what I’m sending them. I’m forced to type all my messages in notepad and using copy/paste to send anything. iPhone 16.
Ease of connection
It’s easy to connect with my therapist to and fill out documents before appts.

Unable to remove payment method
Payment methods and Auto Pay settings can only be deleted or changed by the clinician. This is very frustrating. I have never enrolled in Auto Pay but apparently I am now. My clinician has not be able to figure out how to make these changes and she shouldn’t have to.

Decent App.
The app is pretty good. I wish it would let us send pictures. It does crash occasionally but over all it does a good job.
Glitch Practice
I can’t believe people like this app. I got all the way through to connecting my bank account and then an error without explanation occurs. Now I’m not even getting the text verifications to get to the step anymore. Any human support options? No. None. Terrible.

Easy to use
Had this app for over 2 years and by far the best way to communicate with your providers. App so simple to use. Another feature I wnjoy is that I can have my family members linked so I can ensure I do t over book appointments and let them know if we are going to be away.
