The app has a great interface, however having to add the back to practically every card was hard. If I knew that my back of the card was actually my front then I would have tried to arrange it that way. I also would have used the address and mail option, but all I could picture is the wrong side getting put forward when you pull the card out. Also, in making your second side you can’t use any special fonts or features. I would have loved a specific feature but the context of the invitation was too important and I just made my front font with what was available to me.

A Little Trouble This Year

Impress for at least 5 years. I’ve always been extremely pleased with the ease of ordering, the price, the quality & the end product. I just place my order for HNY cards and I must say I was very frustrated when I was trying to get the information on the card and in the right place. I started over numerous times. I haven’t had any issues before with ease of placement of my desired text. I’m very anxious to see the finished product.

Never received order
I ordered Xmas cards from this company. They arrived. I thought everything was great until I went to put them in envelopes and realized they don’t send enough envelopes for my order. And I special ordered envelopes with addresses on them. I idiotically let it go and ordered a second round of cards.

I never received my order and customer service did absolutely nothing about it but tell me to wait. They are time sensitive cards and are now useless. And they had the audacity to ask me to review the product they never sent me? What is wrong with this company?

Lost in the mail
Our order was delivered to the wrong address and could not be recovered. The company reprinted the cards and re-sent by expedited mail all at no extra charge.
Everything you need in one place
Bought all my wedding invites and cards, thank you cards and now our first Christmas card with our baby boy. I won’t use any other site for customized cards.

the editing process is poor for mailing letter. The review of your card is not correct. It just not a very good app and takes a lot of patience to get through the process

In love with all the different designs and great quality holiday cards. In addition their prices are fair and photos arrive in less than a week. This is our second year ordering from Simply to Impress! Highly recommend them.

Every year for the past 7 I have ordered our family Christmas cards & each year I am so happy with them once they come in! My favorite tradition every Christmas is taking our pictures and ordering a Christmas card to see how our family has grown!
Best place to order picture cards
I cannot believe how easy it is to order cards from Simply to Impress. I always needed help in previous years downloading pictures to the computer, sizing it just so, adding fonts and wording.

I’ve ordered grad announcements and now 4 banners from here and the quality is amazing! If there’s an issue they are very communicative and shipping has been quick.
Poor customer service
I placed in order in the morning and decided that I wanted to add more to my order - it shows that it’s in process still but they charged me the full additional shipping (which h I had ordered to rush) for the additional 25 cards. Each time I e ordered through simply to impress I am less then impressed

I received a message that $3 would be deducted if I ordered via app — but it wasn’t, and no place existed on my order to put the request.

First time customer
My Google search came up with 50% off cards. I took all the time to create my card only to know that it was going to be 35% off. Your customer service person was not helpful. I’ve been a Shutterfly user for years. I was disappointedin your website. It took quite a long time to download the pictures for an ornament that I thought your ornaments were $10 and ended up being $11.50.

Easy, pretty reliable
This is my fourth year ordering from Simply to Impress. Have been happy every year and able to find affordable designs that I’m happy with and still look classy and high quality. Easy enough to edit and order from my phone through the app. Only wish for improvement would be to be able to zoom in more to preview designs in work. Will continue to use Simply to Impress as long as their prices remain competitive and their designs stay fresh and classic.
