The app has a great interface, however having to add the back to practically every card was hard. If I knew that my back of the card was actually my front then I would have tried to arrange it that way. I also would have used the address and mail option, but all I could picture is the wrong side getting put forward when you pull the card out. Also, in making your second side you can’t use any special fonts or features. I would have loved a specific feature but the context of the invitation was too important and I just made my front font with what was available to me.

Impress for at least 5 years. I’ve always been extremely pleased with the ease of ordering, the price, the quality & the end product. I just place my order for HNY cards and I must say I was very frustrated when I was trying to get the information on the card and in the right place. I started over numerous times. I haven’t had any issues before with ease of placement of my desired text. I’m very anxious to see the finished product.

Never received order
I ordered Xmas cards from this company. They arrived. I thought everything was great until I went to put them in envelopes and realized they don’t send enough envelopes for my order. And I special ordered envelopes with addresses on them. I idiotically let it go and ordered a second round of cards.
My second order for cards:
I never received my order and customer service did absolutely nothing about it but tell me to wait. They are time sensitive cards and are now useless. And they had the audacity to ask me to review the product they never sent me? What is wrong with this company?

Lost in the mail
Our order was delivered to the wrong address and could not be recovered. The company reprinted the cards and re-sent by expedited mail all at no extra charge.
