Not useable

The app is not usable. Unable to send money out, ask help keep telling you to reinstall app and tell you other people is doing transactions and the system is fine. The true fact to me is it’s not working.

Fast transfer and high rates

Have been using Singx for over 5 years now. Haven’t had any issues with the rates or transfer speed. UI has changed over the years, but serves the purpose well.

Not user friendly.

The updated app is not stable. When trying to type the dollar amount the app will only allow 2 numbers then resets to 0. Totally useless

Not able login with recent update

Very bad experience with latest update. Not able to login

Poor App

Screen will freeze, suddenly cannot type as no keyboard appear, won’t allow to login even with right password but prompts again to put without any error.

Need to fix issues for smooth experience

Unable to click OK after update

Hi SingX, after the recent Jan 2025 new feature of security rolled out, and I have been unable to click OK to continue with my Iphone 15 pro, please fix this issue, thank you!

Absolutely horrendous experience.

Not only did not manage to transfer my money but caused me endless anxiety. Wrote to the CEO and he didn’t bother to acknowledge or reply. Had to incur more than $400 in phone charges as I was inquiring about my transfer while overseas.

Performance issues

This app was quite good some time back. But after the upgrade it’s become poor.

OTP is broken

I like to stagger my remittance amounts. That means I would set up multiple transfer requests. I need to wait for OTP. But OTP for more than 2 transactions is slow as hell. If you don't fix it, I'll have to take my business to different platform.

OTP cerification button never works

When we submit transaction and enter OTP, it never works . Tried multiple times with mobile but if never gets clicked

New app NOT OK

Updated new version is not helpful. Pls go to previous version much better. Probably you will lose Coustmers just because of this new version. Pls take care

Unable to proceed Transaction

Transaction always stuck at the OTP page after entering OTP.. unable to proceed ..

Verify Button not working

1.Verify otp button not working on iphone
2. then when you select bank account, the keyboard covered the drop down menu, how to select?
3. Please just revert to the original gui which work perfectly fine, you gonna lose loyal customer to your competitors.

New screen is not user friendly

The new app version is not user friendly. When you want to select from dropdown for receiver, half of mobile screen goes with keyboard and there is no scroll bar to go at down. So can’t select the bottom name. Please enhance the user experience. Earlier screens was nice and quick.

Just for sending money , so many steps introduced. Previous version was very smooth. Wasting time only

Please check the forgot password option does not even works. It fails for all password rules. I cannot reset and login since upgrade done.

Kindly provide option to cancel the transection initiated transaction, it was there in old version;

Slowest of Transfers

Very very slow transfer compared to Transferwise which does the transfer at lightning speed. Use this only if you can wait for the transfer to happen in few days

Reasonable rates/fees

Competitive rates and fees. They are very transparent and I can compare fees with other companies offering the same service by using the app. For large transfers, it may be possible to get reduced fees.

Timeline:
Wed pm - initiated transfer
Thursday am - fully funded
Friday am - more info requested for background check. Pay slips, bank statements etc.
Monday - Transfer completed.

So, realistically 3 working days.
