Love this app!!
I’m not trying to quit drinking entirely, but this app has been a wonderful way to drink less, feel healthier, and save money. I love how simple and easy it is to use, and logging takes no effort at all. The breathing bonuses are a nice extra that I really enjoy. Highly recommended.

Fulfilled so many aspects of tracking. This is my go-to health app and the one that truly made me realize what alcohol was doing to both my body and my mental health. No other app comes close to Sipwise.
It has everything: a drink timer, Apple Health integration for daily, weekly, and monthly intake, a beautiful UI, clear weekly and monthly visuals, and even a diary. I could honestly go on and on.
The best part is the developer — they genuinely listen to user feedback and actually implement it. After years of trying to track, I finally found an app that really works!

Sipwise was the one that finally worked
I’ve tried other apps but sipwise has actually been working. I feel actually in control of habits with this. Def recommending this to friends too
