Great app for helping cut back
DryQuest is a fun and interactive way to keep track of cutting back on alcohol! My favorite feature is the calendar where you can easily track your days and really visualize how much you drink or not. The quests are fun and give a sense of accomplishment when you complete them. Highly recommend if you want to cut back on drinking or quit altogether!

I love the adventures. I wish we could do more than one small act a day. Like some carnival games or something while we wait for the next step in our quest.

Repair the village
Let’s be honest, today I’m starting to “repair the village,” but I need to be repairing my high liver enzymes. Great and cute way to forge on sobriety. Saving a damsel and SLAYING the dragon aren’t really my thing, but neither is sobriety. This is a helpful tool to stop drinking before that vodka martini SLAYS me honey!
