Tak dapat proceed sebab minta “at least 8 characters” kat phone number. Dah masuk lebih dari 8 characters sebab semua phone no memang tak kurang 8 digits pun masih tak dapat. Doesn’t make any sense
Completed documents but it was stated “dokumen tak lengkap”.
I filled the form multiple times and did not leave any space empt , however I can’t submit the application and the screen kept showing “dokumen tak lengkap”, “sila isi maklumat bertanda *”. Completed all but still unable to submit.

App stores my login password in clear text?!
After I signed up with a new username and password, I then received an automated email from the eKonsular admin with my password in clear text! This shows that my password is probably stored in the database in clear text. This breaks all IT security best practices and is considered a big no-no among security experts. Wait until someone breaks into their database and steals all user passwords! Please fix your system immediately!
