Really want to love this app.

The science behind the appears solid and evidence based. The only problem is that the app needs constant baby sitting when using the Apple Watch and iPhone even after following the instructions. The Watch app constantly disconnects and needs to be restarted. I reached out via email for assistance but never received a response from the developer. They clearly need to figure out a better way to track that doesn’t involve needing to duplicate a “workout.” In its current state, I’d never even dream of paying $12/mo for the subscription.

Innovative app!

I love this app! It’s fascinating to see key moments pop up and match them to what happened to learn how to optimize those experiences. Yes, I already had a sense of when I was most engaged and felt safe, but this takes that insight to a whole new level, very exciting.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your positive feedback, we're so happy to hear that you're enjoying the app! Soon, we'll be making recommendations with other tips for activities that may drive more Key Moments, we hope it helps you discover even more moments where your brain and body are fully connected. Stay tuned!

Cool app when it works

Could load the app on my phone and watch, but am unable to create an account; every time I try to and enter my email, a message pops up telling me to check my InBox for a message with a “magic link” to register. Have tried a dozen times over the last 48 hrs and so far no message with a magic link (despite double-checking that my email address is correct, as well as checking my spam folders). Therefore unable to register. Meanwhile, the Watch app works sometimes, and other times stops tracking. This has happened three or four times in the past two days; have had to reload the app and restart my devices. When the app works, it’s been interesting to see the data. In this early stage of development though, it’s just too frustrating to use. I may check back in in a few months to see if it’s improved, and if it will finally allow me to register.

Response from developer

We’re so sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had getting set up—thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed message. This definitely isn’t the experience we want anyone to have with SIX. We’d love to help get things back on track. Please reach out to us directly at support@your6.com, and our team will personally make sure your account gets set up and running properly. As a sincere apology for the frustration, we’ll also extend a free month of Premium access once we get you logged in. We genuinely appreciate your patience. It means a lot that you found value in the data when the app was working—we’re working hard every day to make it more stable, seamless, and insightful. Thanks again for giving SIX a try. We hope you’ll give us a chance to make it right.

Wants you to pay for your own data

I enjoyed the app and the insights but the fact that it then tries to charge you for the history of MY DATA is offensive

Response from developer

Hi Questingbeast — thank you for sharing your thoughts and for giving the app a try. We're really glad to hear you found the insights helpful! We absolutely understand your frustration, and we want to clarify that your data is always yours — we never sell it or share it. The optional upgrade helps support the technology that allows us to process and display your historical trends and emotional fitness insights in a meaningful way, but your core daily data remains accessible. That said, your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we're actively exploring ways to make more features available without cost. If you have suggestions on how we can make this feel more fair or transparent, we’re all ears. Thank you again for being part of our community. 💛

No refunds - no Trial

I recently purchased this after hearing about it on a podcast - and was given no option for a trial. I immediately found it disappointing - and have reached out for a return/refund only to have them reply they don’t do refunds.

Response from developer

Hello, Laurazeck, we're so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the app experience. We've worked hard to create an exceptional experience and would love feedback on what didn't align with your expectations. In the app store, we state that you get a free 5 day Premium trial when you install the app, and we also state that we are unable to give refunds (this is a limitation of the app store and is why we clearly state this in the description). We would love to help you find more value in the app and welcome any feedback on how we could improve your experience. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience on the refund.
