What’s the point of this app?
Really not sure what the point of this app is. It’s the exact same as just shopping from the web. I only downloaded it because I thought maybe there would be discounts. There aren’t. I ended up finding every single thing I wanted in the colors I wanted BRAND NEW WITH TAGS for 50-70% off on Poshmark tho— there was a ton of Skims stuff ok there that was new with tags so I highly recommend looking there first before you purchase directly from Skims. These products are basically the same as Victoria Secret so I’m not sure what justification there is for the massive price difference aside from the kardashian name (not a selling point for me).

Terrible app
Unable to login now after re-installing app. When I was as able to login, I could not complete my purchase. Unable to move to the checkout screen and absolutely no one will help nor answers my questions. Trash app that clearly doesn’t work for everyone

Skims is a great website, You can set your self up for deals! and percent off!. i’ll definitely be using it again.
Login issues
The app has problems with kicking you out, if I haven’t opened the app in awhile I have to sign in each time.

Kim knows what she’s doing. Every swim suit I own is Skims. They’re so flattering and fit perfectly.
Can’t even login
This app is really bad. You get an email verification code and every time it rejects the exact code it sent you. If you can’t even log in properly, then I’m done. What a load of garbage!

Logging in every time
The app becomes a bit useless and redundant if I'm having to login every time I use it. I don't see myself keeping it if that doesn't change
Difficult to order
The app and site is one of the most difficult to use. There were so many technical issues. I couldn’t even speak to anyone on the phone because there is no number and the chat was difficult to convey and resolve. I had to eventually delete the app and reinstall it and order and the color I originally ordered on clearance was unavailable. It was a very frustrating experience.

You sent me an email yesterday telling me about the update, but it's really hard to use after the update. I gotta re-enter my email and verification code every time I log in. So annoying!
THEFT AT RETURNS WAREHOUSE
I recently returned 6 items. I received a refund for 4 of the items. When I called to inquire I was informed that the warehouse was unable to confirm receipt of 6 items and were only able to confirm 4 items. I returned 6 thongs. They are tiny packages, can easily be pocketed. I explained profusely that I returned 6 items. I was asked if I took a photo of what i returned— of course I didn’t! Since when does a customer have to protect their return from stealing employees!? This was an incredibly frustrating experience. How can one prove the items in their return? It’s impossible. So the customer takes the loss. This is horribly wrong on every level from Skims and I hope they take responsibility. I searched online and found many complaints.

Absolutely the worst!
I ordered first time directly from SKIMS, and returned the items because it didn’t fit me. Never had any update from them, and when I contacted them myself(10 days after they received it), they told me they can’t get me full refund because some items are missing. I returned EVERYTHING and have a return receipt with weight of package, so when I asked why didn’t they reach out to me before, and what missing, what was the weight of package when they received it, they ignored all of my questions and now saying that they never received the package. There is no phone number to call, their customer service is nightmare.Have to work with my credit card company now to get my $300 back.

Wrong item sent
They sent me the wrong item. If I want a refund I have to pay for shipping. If I want a gift card and re order the right item I have to pay for shipping. So I paired $14 extra for literally the wrong item. Horrible
