Doesn’t work
I submitted for grants and never received anything. I tried both writing out my own responses as well as using their Ai services and neither worked. Then, when I had canceled my subscription, I was charged again because it auto renewed. I sent an email asking to be refunded the same week I had been charged but they refused because it had been “over 48 hours” since the payment processed. I hadn’t even used it in the last year.

Skip subs was canc3lled prior to renewal date . Site is trying to take funds that are not going to be paid. Continued attempts are wrong and fraudulent.

The app use to be of service, now it just seems like another money grab. What is going on that everything turns into a scam and to slap ai on it 😒. No longer serving its purpose.

Pricing not clear before download
Honestly, the price is not clear before you download it. I didn’t realize I had to pay a $14.99 monthly fee or a $49.99 annual fee US.

Get you subscribed by free trials, won’t show you the cost of your subscription on the sub page in your account, make you email to cancel, the. charge you still after you cancel. Class act, skippy.

Can’t cancel subscription, emailed support, same issue a lot of people are talking about. I will call my bank first thing in the morning

It looks like a scam app that keep asking money from you before give you any grant, I don’t think anyone win the big grant on this app, because no published information. Also, many users claim that they applied more than 60 grants program but get nothing.

⚠️Please Be Cautious Using Skip!⚠️
I used to like Skip, so I signed up for the free trial. After realizing I wouldn’t have a real use for the service, I canceled the trial, before the billing date. Still, I was charged for a full subscription.
I reached out to Skip’s support team but heard nothing for weeks. Out of frustration, I filed a dispute with my bank. Only after that did Skip finally respond, saying they would refund me if I canceled the dispute. I followed their instructions and showed them proof that I withdrew the dispute with my bank.
Despite this, weeks later they told me it was now “out of their hands” and that they could no longer issue a refund, even though I followed their process and canceled the dispute in good faith.
This was an extremely frustrating experience with poor communication and terrible customer service. I’m now being forced to take legal action to retrieve money that was taken from my account after canceling the trial.
⚠️ Please be careful using your card with Skip. Even if you cancel, you may still be charged and you may have to jump through hoops to get your money back.
