Regular venue closed on skip but it isn’t
I have routinely found my work coffee shop closed on the skip app. I order it the OG way, at the counter, only to hear the tell tale “ring”

This never used to happen but the last few upgrades haven’t fixed it and it’s annoying!

Great App
Amazing app for anyone who goes to the same place for coffee on the way to work!
Used to be very convenient
This app use to make ordering coffee very convenient, now it makes the experience frustrating. What’s with the new loading page after you pay!? Half the time is it doesn’t work. Won’t be using it anymore.
Unstable app and ill-considered.
This app frequently crashes and freezes. Customers seem to have regular problems, and adoption by vendors has also gone down. Also, many aspects, such as payments, have been poorly thought about.
Don’t bother
As per other reviews I agree this is such a glitchy app. Continually logs me out so the time saved in ordering ahead is used up re logging in. Hopefully Bopple will be better. Skip now deleted.
Poorly maintained
Someone spent some money on this. It’s nice looking and works but it really needs some TLC. Most things are a bit broken. Recents, favourites, history don’t work consistently. It’s really hard to find where you can buy the weekly vouchers and there’s no shortcut to use these when ordering a coffee. This app could be great. As it is it’s a bit of a paper cut each day.

Works but notifications suck
Constantly seeing a little "1" next to the app indicating there is a notification there for me. Go into the app, nothing there, then the notification has disappeared too. Nothing more than an attention robbing attempt by skip to get you to engage with the app. Not at all endearing.
Has gone down hill
This app was good, but the constant logging out and in is frustrating, especially when you need to jump out of the app to access your centralised password tool (1Password). How about, log us in and keep us logged in for a week. This isn’t some money transferring back app, I’m just trying to buy a lemon slice!!

What have you done??
This app is so glitchy. I have ordered coffees only for it to notify me that the order didn’t go through. After reordering, the original order goes through leaving me with two orders that have been paid for. Honestly Skip, sort this out!!!
Terrible app
Asks me to log in every single day even though I’m not logging out. Then doesn’t remember my information. A truly dreadful app.

Regularly logged out of the app.
It has been over a year now and this issue is still not fixed! Regularly find I am logged out of the app and my username and password are not saved like pretty much every app I use. Very poor experience
Great potential, poor execution
Glitchy app, constantly logs out, keeps cc info displayed even after you e deleted that card from your profile. So many adds and The Sunday surcharge is a joke
Update required re accepted credit cards
Other apps automatically select an accepted credit card for payment. This one has my default (Amex) credit card selected for payment, but notes that it can’t be used for the store I’m ordering from. It would be much better if it selected my other credit card (Visa) automatically so I didn’t have to mantua change it every time. Otherwise everything works well for me!

Great .. when it works …
Very convenient BUT logs you out all the time, jams up, errors with payments, password reset doesn’t work. Super frustrating.
No response from support
I ordered 2 coffees from a cafe that turned out to be closed on Boxing Day and so I couldn’t pick them up. I used one of my free coffees earned from the loyalty I accumulated with this cafe on the skip app. The order was cancelled but the free coffee I had accumulated has not been restored. Have sent numerous emails to the support inbox over the last 5 days but no response. Maybe there is an issue with the app that they can’t do this and are just ignoring me. If this is the case I won’t be using this app again.

Annoying
Instead of being quick and easy pre-purchasing a coffee via Skip has become tedious and annoying. Streamline the process and I’ll use it again.
