Absolutely terrible.
I used the app while on vacation I used there locator app to where I was. Made my order it never came. I disputed the order and they didn’t take responsibility for the order. I payed 41 dollars in my order that I never received and they don’t want give me my money back. Totally unacceptable.
No responsibility for mistakes
The last two times I have ordered from Skip the driver has taken off with my food and after 45 mins to an hour after my first estimated wait time they cancel my order. After complaining they say I can either receive when it gets to my place or take an order cancellation with no refund. Even the chat support talks in a tone that everything is my fault and offers me 50 cents skip credits because they can tell I’m mad. Easy uninstall of an app I wouldn’t recommend this service to a single person. Terrible way to conduct business and a joke of an organization.
