Terribly engineered. Use it for what you can
Makes it impossible to do your job correctly and complete assigned deliveries as a driver, constantly forcing your completion rates down if you wish to accept the bigger future orders. Has potential but the support is inconsistent and many app issues as a driver.

Customer Service &Driver Ratings
This app has no live reps mostly bots & if u do hear from someone which is rarely they don’t follow up on only complaints you may have at all they rate you unfairly do to a bad system that all needs to be changed

I can’t sign into my account and i’m a driver. idk what’s going on but please fix!
App has its up’s and down’s
There is potential to earn well with this app because some of the orders do come through with a higher amount of payout, but the downside of the app is that if you have an appointment or the distance is just too far for you. You get dinged for that as if you don’t have a life outside of making these deliveries. I don’t believe that the acceptance rate should drop because you’re unable to make a delivery when they want you to when you’re supposed to be able to do this on your available time.
