Disappointing experience. I booked a mattress deep-cleaning service, but it was completed in just 10 minutes with no vacuuming or actual deep cleaning. The person only wiped the surface, and all the stains remained. On top of that, the assigned professional didn’t even show up and sent someone else instead. I paid around ₹800 for something I could have done myself at home. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend.

I booked AC installation service 4 days ago. The service person says he will be there in an hour every time we called but never came. Total waste of time and energy. Go for Urban company.

Regarding my AC SERVICE
Whey completely ruined my time and also they have 0 contact support team they won’t understand what are u talking about and you can’t understand they that’s a fun fact if you wait if you want to try fix deposit for 10 days u can try this app your funds will be locked for 10 days at least

Unreliable service and absolute nightmare if time is important for you
I booked a bathroom cleaning service based on their ads, but the experience was a total waste of time. The professional didn’t show up and ignored my calls. When they finally responded, they tried to push the slot back or reschedule for the next day. Despite customer care promising a replacement within the hour, they eventually just cancelled the booking entirely.
If you are a working professional who manages your life by a schedule, do not rely on this app. Their logistics are poor, and their "guarantees" mean nothing. I’m now waiting 3–5 days for a refund for a service I never received. Stick to the established apps that actually value a customer’s time.

Not Useful. No refund for cancelled service.
Booked service will not be fulfilled, after cancelling the booking they are not providing any refund. Pathetic customer care, no one answers the call.

Today I gave my vehicle for water service and there was a slash guy who asked us to download you will get 50% discount.. but I got 10% it’s okay these frauds I can guess but my service went bad. He said foam wash and he did with clinic plus shampoo that is also not an issue issue is I pain money through slash.. later I found these when I asked slash guy he said we just payment gateway we are not responsible anything this is where I found slash is fraud with out accountability and responsibility how can you take money and ask us to do service ??
