Third class app…never book their services
Booked AC service…technician wantedly leaked gas to bill extra.. repeatedly told cooling has no problem and don’t check gas…he checked and leaked gas 4 times…even though I said not to check…spoke filthy words repeatedly….gas refill scam going on…beware never book from Slash…choose Urban company or No Broker…don’t encourage new apps…I have been trying repeatedly to report to customer care…but they are not lifting the call wantedly…such a scrappy app and service…

Best service ever
The best Service ever received thanks for slash and team.
Good app with reliable service
Good practices followed for a professional service. It was easy to do the booking, faced an issue while paying with upi, but card payment went through.

Veryy very good at work
Poor customer support
The team looks only for reviews . Once you provided review , support will be stopped for you . Pathetic .
Scam app
Disappointing experience. I booked a mattress deep-cleaning service, but it was completed in just 10 minutes with no vacuuming or actual deep cleaning. The person only wiped the surface, and all the stains remained. On top of that, the assigned professional didn’t even show up and sent someone else instead. I paid around ₹800 for something I could have done myself at home. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend.
