The app is very easy to understand, very useful when tracking sleep patterns & all that.

Share data or delete app?
We purchased a sleep number mattress, and I was just getting used to using the data and biodata it collects. Sometime during the last month or two, I tried logging into the app and received a pop-up message stating that 1- I consent to share my sleep health data & 2- I have read the sleep number terms. I only checked box #2, but that didn’t let me in the app. The message says that I can withdraw my consent at any time by deleting the app. The app is my remote & access to sleep insights. I just tried again & received the same messaging. I purchased an expensive mattress with adjustable firmness and sleep data history through my phone, but now my access to both are being held hostage for my bio and sleep data? Something is rotten in the state of Denmark. What is being done to correct this issue?

Takes time
Received our 😴#🛏️ day 3, it takes times try different setting then you tried in the store. I love the leg lift now I don’t need a pillow under my knees. I have slept better. My husband is still adjusting.

Love our bed
We had a Sleep number bed for the last 12 or 13 years. We upgraded to a new one. This one the feet rise up as well as the head, it is so much comfort makes you want to stay in bed longer and more often.

Sleep Number score in accurate 95% of the time.
Time to fall asleep gauge in accurate 95% of the time. Company wants to charge me $150 service fee to come and look at my bed after spending $12,000 on this bed!
Useful Tool
Being able to use the app to control my adjustable bed is so much more convenient than using multiple remotes. The Smartbed features are interesting - seeing what my sleep patterns look like. The app is easy to navigate, I think.

What a waste of money…uncomfortable and the app only works if you agree to share your sleep information. If I could I’d throw the bed off a cliff.

No HRV
I was hoping to see the HRV feature when using the Sleep Number app, but there have been no updates to make it available, which is very disappointing. Heart & breath rates are the only measurements shown on the current version of the app I’ve been using. Hope this can be fixed!
Worthless Warranty
Haven’t even had our bed for 6 years, the air chamber is going to need to be replaced and the mattress liner, which will cost more than $1000! Definitely not worth the stupidly expensive price of the bed if you still have to pay full price for replacement parts.
Luv my bed
I periodically review my sleep session data. I would like to see a display showing not only the Sleep IQ score but also the sleep number selected on the bed. I feel there is a direct coordination.
Stopped tracking sleep
The past 6 months or so the app only tracks being in bed 2 to 3 hours a night. I’ve reset everything and still only tracks a short period of time. It recognizes we’re in bed and tracking but not showing the entire night. I’ve reached out for support and didn’t get much help.
App connection is slow
I have had to uninstall/reinstall the app multiple times to have it be responsive since the last update.
Terrible
Had this bed less than a year…. Paid close to $9,000 for this bed and this app doesn’t work for anything. Have had to reset the bed, delete the app, reconnect it, reset my settings at least a dozen times. Super annoying. When I reached out to support the just tell me to reset everything. I asked for a remote,… they want to charge another $50 after paying almost $9,000 For a bed that is nothing but annoying to use. Would love to return it but of course problems start after the point of return.
