My product didn’t record last night and I saw it say recording. I saw my heart rate. I have 1 GB speed fiber optic internet. My phone was on charge all night right beside me

Tried to use this for a week and it’s not working. I keep getting errors saying it can’t connect to the internet when my phone is definitely connected.

i just downloaded the app. It requires that I agree to some terms and conditions, but the app refuses to tell me what those terms and conditions are.
