New Software Horrible

Until this latest "upgrade" this device really helped me. It showed my heartrate all night long and the spike and dip times that showed I had nocturnal hypertension. This new version is garbage. It shows a high and a low with nothing in between and no times. Just sad to see this outfit get so lazy.

Beware. Limited life of product

I was requested to upgrade to the Sleepon app which rendered my ring unusable. Sleepon admitted this and now won’t answer my messages to replace my unit. Very unhappy about this and cannot recommend anyone to use this company.

Awesome Device

Lots of sleep data

Poor customer service

I have bought two SLEEPON devices and really don’t know how accurate they are, but my real issue is that they have poor support. Only an email contact form which I have sent two messages to for issues I’m having with both devices and they have never responded. Very questionable

Seems inaccurate

The results between using the ring and fingertip vary greatly. With the ring I have sleep apnea, with the fingertip I don’t. The sleep cycles are not accurate. It says I’m in a deep sleep when I have been up, awake and out of bed. It gives me 98% when I’ve been up several times a night and have not slept well. There’s no guarantee with purchase so I’m out the money for a misleading device.
