Just use 7Shifts
7Shifts, in my opinion, is much easier to use and provides more information.
Worst work app
This app is awful. Layout is terrible, and so is the requesting time off set up.
It’s not intuitive, and not even an option to view your schedule as a whole calendar month, nor can I sync my schedule to my apple calendar.
Clock in and outs requires my location services to be permanently on. Worst work app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using in all my years of retail.

Trash app
The stupid app won’t even stay open!! After the last update it’s worthless now. Can’t message my coworkers or my boss. Can’t check my schedule. It will stay open about 3 seconds and force closes
Horrible
I’m not sure why but it doesn’t keep the app open as soon as I open the app. It closes right back out it doesn’t allow me to scroll it’ll close it self out. I have to have this app for work and it’s a waste of space at this point.

This app is so horrible all it does it cut out every 2 minutes and u can’t get anything done on it and im so thankful that August 1st we are going to another app, because this one will make u want to throw ur phone
App force shutting down
Usually this app works pretty well but as of the last week it keeps force shutting down every time I open it. Have already deleted it and redownloaded it twice to no avail
Updated version keeps crashing
Just keeps crashing and unable to submit any requests or reply to messages - wonder what happened - used to work just fine.

Too many glitches
This app is almost unusable. Can’t even make a post because the text box doesn’t work. Also there are not live updates so I have to close the app anytime I need to refresh.
NEEDS CALENDAR SYNC OPTION
Please make the option to sync the schedule you are assigned to your phones calendar app!!!
Church People are not employees
We use this for church and they don’t want to change the fact that they call them employees. We love the app but that’s the only thing. If we could change it to people it would be great. Or an option to pick how you want to call them but yeah this is a non profit please add an option to do this!
Typical scheduling app but notifications need work
Anytime anyone posts a message whether direct to you or not causes a notification and a sound. With everyone responding your phone won’t stop sending a thousand notifications. And it’s only on or off for the notifications. Now I miss a lot.
Get a restaurant consultant
Might be great for some businesses but it’s terrible for restaurants. Really bad and confusing and clearly not put together by someone that works in a restaurant.
Not working as it should
Good for high level info. The app is crashing fully closing, when I’m trying to message an employee.

glitchy app
core UI issues that havent been fixed in months. schedule will jump back and forth without prompting it to, or not load altogether forcing you to back out of the app completely. not a cell service issue

every 5 seconds the schedule screen will reload to the other months or a completely other tab my job forces me to have to use it so i will continue to endure through this torture
