Purchased the insurance at the recommendation of the store rep. She said pet damage would be covered. I double checked with her, so fingers crossed. The process was painless. Select from drop downs and take some photos and a video. Now we wait.

The app was easy to use especially the video since my claim was barstools with loose seats.

So much wrong with this chair that a replacement would have saved me hours and hours of trying to get it fixed. Still not fixed but I believe a new chair is being ordered.
