I trust Macy and bought this warranty and believed they would provide service to fix stain during 10 years. Now I submit the claim of stain from my baby formula and getting denied due to out of 15 days of issues happened. Calling customer service and they requested to submit new claim and the same thing happens. BIG SCAM from Macy.

App is definitely outdated
I purchased the WorryNoMore furniture protection plan thinking it would give me peace of mind. Big mistake.
When my couch suffered sudden tears, I filed a claim expecting the coverage they advertise for “rips, cuts, and tears.” Instead, they denied it, claiming it was “fraying” and “multiple damages,” even though it was a single accidental incident.
They twist their own terms to avoid paying out. They’ll call anything wear and tear or fraying just to deny coverage. Even when you point out their own plan language, they won’t honor it.
This warranty is misleading and essentially worthless. You’re better off saving your money instead of paying for a plan they won’t stand behind.
I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and state consumer protection because this feels like a scam. Avoid WorryNoMore at all costs.
