Scam
I trust Macy and bought this warranty and believed they would provide service to fix stain during 10 years. Now I submit the claim of stain from my baby formula and getting denied due to out of 15 days of issues happened. Calling customer service and they requested to submit new claim and the same thing happens. BIG SCAM from Macy.

App is definitely outdated
I purchased the WorryNoMore furniture protection plan thinking it would give me peace of mind. Big mistake.
When my couch suffered sudden tears, I filed a claim expecting the coverage they advertise for “rips, cuts, and tears.” Instead, they denied it, claiming it was “fraying” and “multiple damages,” even though it was a single accidental incident.
They twist their own terms to avoid paying out. They’ll call anything wear and tear or fraying just to deny coverage. Even when you point out their own plan language, they won’t honor it.
This warranty is misleading and essentially worthless. You’re better off saving your money instead of paying for a plan they won’t stand behind.
I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and state consumer protection because this feels like a scam. Avoid WorryNoMore at all costs.

Difficult to hit submit button!
The app was fairly easy to use however, after entering all the info, taking photos and videos of every section of my sectional, it was extremely difficult to hit “submit”! The tool bar at the bottom of the app covered the submit button! I had to swipe up and try to hit submit very quickly. Took me forever!

Waste of Time SCAMER
After expended 6 thousand dollars on so call 100 leather sofa and Sell bait of 100% coverage warranty. I made claim for the leather starting to cracked after 3 year. My claim was denied just because I notice the cracked a month before I made the claim. Completely SCAM they knew it was going to be expensive to repair or exchange the easy solution denied the claim.

Using the app
The app was very easy to use. The only time we had an issue was trying to figure out if our section that was broken was the right arm or left arm. A picture showing what a right arm versus left arm looks like would be useful as we almost picked the wrong one. Other than that it was very quick and easy to file a claim.

We have babies. So babies make accidents. Spit up especially. They covered the first claim. I was very happy. I was skeptical when buying but decided to try it out. But I filed the claim. Technician came after 2 days and cleaned everything it was great. Well the baby spit up again 3 weeks later. the second claim they denied for being accumulation. Babies move their head around and spit up. What you want me to do? I disputed it. But let’s see. App is easy. warranty I would not waste my money. Rather buy a machine and clean it myself.

This is a great warranty if something accidentally happens to your beautiful purchase. It is easy to make a claim with this app and it truly is a worry no more policy. Easy to claim and it was worth the purchase of the warranty.

Found the app perfect. Walked me through and had my products already listed. Appreciate that I didn’t have track down all the receipts.

The app was very easy to use. Just follow the screen prompts. Using my iPhone, it took less than 15 minutes including logging in for the first time. I wish I had known it was so simple to file a claim.
This is unnecessary
My sofa is no longer reclining so taking a picture and video is a waste of time a technician should just be scheduled to come out. Nothing can be seen in a photo or video.
Submitted but took some time
Submission was easy but I’m still not sure I did it right! I purchased a 3 piece sectional and and have issues with the fabric on all of it. They are labeled in the app with a scu number or something (no description included which would clear up all confusion) so I have no idea what piece of the couch I’m claiming or if I have claimed the whole couch which was my intention.
The whole photos and problem selection of the claim process was simple and easy so that was nice but I’m still not sure I’ve done it right and you only have 3 days to file!!!!

Claim process
While the claim process was easy. There is too many options to choose from as far as describing whats wrong. Most options are not written in a way thats easy to understand
I think it would be best to just let the customer describe the problem and then choose which piece it is related too
