I would rather talk to a live person
Though the app was fairly simple to use and submit a claim in less than 5 to 10 minutes, it would be so much easier to talk to a live person and explain the problem, then sifting through 100 different parts of every kind of furniture to choose the location of the damage on my couch. I just wanted to choose the seat of my corner piece of my sectional and all I was getting was so many different kinds of seat casings in the seat category. I don’t know what that is so I just picked one. I hope it works.

Easy and accessible
Only the second time filing a claim, but it was very easy to use and explained everything I needed to do!

App very easy to use. Just answer a few questions upload photos and voila. Takes maybe 10 minutes.
This Company is a Scam
Firstly the App is non intuitive. There isn’t a proper communication channel. You file a claim and then you wait with no communication whatsoever - there isn’t a contact number to reach them directly. The insurance coverage is th biggest scam - because they will always find a way to abuse th system to deny you claim whether it’s by blaming back on you or saying it’s wear and tear and not covered. This company deserves the Prize for scamming people in the name of Insurance
