I would rather talk to a live person
Though the app was fairly simple to use and submit a claim in less than 5 to 10 minutes, it would be so much easier to talk to a live person and explain the problem, then sifting through 100 different parts of every kind of furniture to choose the location of the damage on my couch. I just wanted to choose the seat of my corner piece of my sectional and all I was getting was so many different kinds of seat casings in the seat category. I don’t know what that is so I just picked one. I hope it works.

Easy and accessible
Only the second time filing a claim, but it was very easy to use and explained everything I needed to do!

App very easy to use. Just answer a few questions upload photos and voila. Takes maybe 10 minutes.
This Company is a Scam
Firstly the App is non intuitive. There isn’t a proper communication channel. You file a claim and then you wait with no communication whatsoever - there isn’t a contact number to reach them directly. The insurance coverage is th biggest scam - because they will always find a way to abuse th system to deny you claim whether it’s by blaming back on you or saying it’s wear and tear and not covered. This company deserves the Prize for scamming people in the name of Insurance

Don’t Bother!
All claims are denied and the vague list of issues “covered” is contradicted by an extremely long list of 29 things not covered with one bullet of the 29 noting every possible scenario and means of damage. Moreover, you will not get a callback or an update on your claim. I had to call six times going through multiple options to get to anyone. And the option I selected had nothing to do with what I needed which was a simple update on the app submitted claim.

Worse companyyy! Do not buy the 5 year plan!
Worse company ever !!!! They denied a water spill accident and reference me to an outside company… I would have been better off not paying the extra for the 5 year plan and buying a cleaner myself.
False insurance protection
I purchased a 1k sofa from living spaces and they offer this plan a few years later under the protection I have open a claim took over 1 month for them to send a supposedly expert tech he came move the sofa took a few photos and left the tech by accident damage the corner of the sofa when he move it the are was already damaged by accident and he made it worst weeks later he send a report the sofa just was old and did not put all the findings and this lying company now won’t cover the accident rips and frame damage they took my money send someone that made it worst and now they won’t cover thieves bad customer service but im take them to court because all my claim is under the warranty stay away from this company.

I really like how easy this app is to use. Only problem I’ve had is creating a new claim when a prior one wasn’t closed out. Customer service fixed it quickly, on a Sunday. Very satisfied.

Verified my plan information then says “your 3 year protection plan was canceled contact the store you purchased from” how is a PRE PAID plan canceled………..
