Unable to place orders through app

Whenever I try to place an order through app, such as buy or rebalance, it takes me through the browser then it performs the login using my broker app, and then goes to browser again and then never makes it to Smallcase app again. I am left with the NativeBrokerLogin screen with an error message, ‘Unable to redirect’. But if i perform the whole flow on browser it works.

Create own

I wanted to build my own smallcase from nifty 50 stocks using stock screener on phone but it did not work. Selected all fifty with nifty 50 filter then clicked on create small case .

iOS widget required urgently

Hi Team, Fabulous application. That said where is the iOS widget - you need to make one just like Kite - Zerodha - this makes seeing daily movement and portfolio amount super easy and convenient. Please I am begging you guys just get the widget online already ! We are in Nov 2025 and we are not getting any younger.

3/5 star the missing 2 stars is for lagging behind in widget / convenience!

Information Simplification is needed.

Personal Opinion:

Every information that is showcased should have a connecting root and how this is leading to appreciation.

Right now I was not able to understand what rebalancing we were trying to achieve.

Please don’t fall for this Trap. Invest if you want to loose money

After paying fees of more than 20k in the past 1 year. My portfolio
Is down by more than 2.8 lakhs. I don’t understand the strategies and analysts knowledge of the market. My total loss on all the investments is more than 3 lakhs. I do not recommend this even after paying fees you are still at huge loss. It’s better to invest according to our knowledge of the market.

Transaction

Not clear how transactions charge will be deducted. Where to deposit money, in broker’s account or in your platform. Amount which is reflecting in your platform is lying where? Would you like to clear these questions please? Chatbot is not sufficient to answer these details. Thanks

UI sessions expires too quick

Integration with Groww is very bad. You need to login into groww multiple times. Even sometimes session gets logged out. Also if you want to manage smallcase it’s difficult to locate stocks. No search is provided if you have like 50 stocks in the list.

Repair orders not working

I have been trying to repair orders from past months but none of them is working properly. Even there is no option to upgrade the app. Please look into to it and provide resolution.

Third class app

The only thing they suppose to do is to manage technical stuff. That's being and selling order. Every time there is a rebalance I am not able to do it because of technical glitch. And every time somebody else comes and give me the same advice. Clear cache etc. Frustrating.

Incompetent Fund Managers – A Disaster for Your Money

If you’re looking for a guaranteed way to burn your money, this app is perfect for you. Their so-called “fund managers” are completely incompetent and seem to have no idea what they’re doing. Honestly, I doubt they’re even credible. What’s the point if they can’t manage funds properly? I subscribed to the paid Smallcase Alpha Blend – Market Leaders, and guess what? I still lost my money. Paying for this was just adding insult to injury. Stay far away unless you enjoy throwing cash into a black hole.

Worst customer support

I have been using this app for a while. After I changed my device, I faced with a login problem stating my broker account is linked to another number, but i have only one number. I wanted this to get resolved and reached out to smallcase’s support team. Believe me it is the worst customer support i have ever contacted.

1. They have shift, so each and everytime you should explain your problem from the scratch to those illiterates.

2. Your chat gets disappeared often, so you have to click multiple system generated options and then again reach out to those illiterates.

3. I have been advised to do some steps, and i did that and ended up nothing working out. even i sent them a screen record of the issue still no response.

4. As i mentioned earlier i was talking to many in a single chat, i have to discuss my problem from the scratch and at end of it all they said to me is we can schedule a gmeet and have it discussed. I have been trying to get this resolved for like 5 months and initiated many chats ive been told we can have a gmeet like 30 times but they never initiated one.

Add loan tracking also

I love the app and loan taking idea too but I want to give you a suggestion where you can allow user to put loan details of different loans so the user can track the different loans from your app.
Eventually they can start the sip for that loan target to meet
Or else you can give a feature to help them with a inbuilt strategy to finish the loan fast. Blindly people will download you

The app and Services

The application is great as whole, very straightforward UI and really interactive no glitches I’ve encountered since I’ve downloaded the application. The services being provided are unique as they create a bridge between beginners and RAs/IAs in turn giving some really good insights into the type of stocks being used and the capabilities of them as well.

Loss are not reflected correctly

i invested in defence and railway and endedup in 10% loss. Hold on. you endup in loss. Government will not consider this as a loss. you have a stock collection. some made profit and some made loss. overall you are in loss. but government will charge tax on some tocks that had little profix. so overall you had loss + 15% tax on stocks that gained some money. This is a scam. you will not make money in current market conditions. Don’t go for it. thou defence is making loss since a year its shown as one of top 6. So fundamentally this is not right

Really Bad support

Getting support from Small case is really difficult, I have small query and been trying to connect with support chat since morning but no one responds. Also no option to call them or any other way to communicate

Ease of use

Not very easy to navigate. Difficult to know which is a paid and which is not. Plenty of room for improvement.
When performing a rebalance, errors appear, saying not enough shares to be sold etc. This is completely in their control and they should know how many shares to sell etc.
sometimes we get error message saying not enough funds while performing a rebalance.
When this happens, no telephone number to call or speak to. !!!

Search doesn’t work properly

Title

Good concept , but as time goes shortfalls are more visible

This is a good aggregator concept. However I would like to have few additional features included. For SIP, there should be an option to “Apply SIP now” to make use of favourable market conditions. This can be limited to the number of registered SIP transactions itself. Invest more option, for me, is to put additional different amount to invest my non-cyclical additional income. If I am having monthly SIP and I see that market has dropped two days before SIP date, if I want to make use of the opportunity in my SIP, currently it’s not possible.
The report for transactions by smallcase is a useful feature to have. Currently I have to rely on broker reports which are not mapped to smallcases. So if two smallcases have invested in same stock, I will not be able to differentiate easily. Transaction report by smallcase will solve my problem here.
