App not opening fire type and can’t tap to open link. App was previously working ok on iPhone. Deleted app and shutdown phone and rebooted but still not working.

The fan heater continually switches itself off, I have to switch heating back on every 5 minutes or so. Setting thermostat to ‘max’ makes no difference. Very frustrating
Great customer service
We have had the Gotham fire for nearly two years but only ever used it in the light setting not heat. When we decided to put the heat on recently it wouldn’t work. After one quick phone call to the Flamerite the problem has been solved. Heater is working perfectly. THANK YOU! 🤩
Hopeless
App is absolutely hopeless. Constantly loses connectivity, frequently need to delete and re-download, and even then it can take up to an hour to finally find the fire again. Nice idea, but unfortunately does not work.
Convenient but inconsistent
Handy to switch on / turn up heating without moving, but I frequently find the heat resets itself to “off” when my phone screen locks even if the flame/flicker remains on, so I have to manually set back to on every 10 mins or when I realise the room has gone cold, which is frustrating.

Really getting fed up with this app. Keeps losing connectivity to the fire and I have to keep reinstalling the app. Have to reinstall the app each time I return home, would be better with a remote control rather than the app. Extremely disappointed.

When working the app is easy to use. However it is constantly unpairing it’s self to my phone and slightly annoying the fire can only be controlled by one device at a time
No Apple HomeKit Support
App works ok, however in this day and age I would expect to be able to use Siri commands to control this device.

Fire fan is noisy
We can’t use the fire due to the noisy fan. I thought there should be a setting in the app to slow the fan speed but it seems they haven’t thought of this. So we have a £3,500 bespoke fireplace to suit the flame rite 1300 fire that’s not fit for purpose due the loud fan noise.
Not perfect
Not the most intuitive app. It’s a bit confusing as to whether the fire is on Lo or Hi. Just a simple switch would do.
Also if I turn the fire on using the app on one device I can’t find the fire on the app on another device. If my wife turns the fire on, I can’t turn it down.

I bought this fire to replace my mothers gas fire. She wanted something that looked realistic and I must say I was amazed at the effect the LED backlight produces. The fire looks awesome and the quality is more high end than many of the diy store fires I looked at.
Ok but timer is impossible to operate
Ok to turn on off , but setting the timer slider bars is simply impossible. Once you try to set the timer for each day you enter in to a battle with the app that you simply can’t win.

The inability to use multiple devices is a pain, please try and fix

Extremely nice piece of kit... We live in a very busy house so we need things to run efficiently, effectively and quickly and this little bullet proof app ticks all the boxes... It’s a great user friendly device that allows anyone with access to our phones the option to turn on, light up and kick out the heat.. we’ve never had any problem with the app and would really recommend it...

Update issues
The last update seems to have reduced the efficiency of the app./ fire control. I now frequently find that on selecting my Flamerite fire I get the perpetual “connecting” message without any actual connection. Only solution seems to physically restart the fire by removing the front fascia, which seems to deny the reason for having app. Control in the first place
