App doesn’t work properly. It won’t load anything after I scan a QR code.
QR Code Not Supported
I have a QR Code containing my vaccination card and the app tells me it’s not supported. I do not recommend this app.

Downloaded , worked as advertised. No issues with crashing. Like that there was no login
Works Exactly as Intended
I’ve read so many reviews saying it doesn’t save the scanned record locally (good! it’s meant to perform quick validation, not long-term storage of another’s health records), that it doesn’t include all your doses (check with who issued your QR code, not the validator), or that the codes aren’t valid (likely the issuer had their keys compromised or weren’t following protocol and have to reissue codes).
None of this is the validation program’s fault. In fact, I praise them for continuing to produce a quality program that does exactly what it claims to do, securely. Nice job.

Can’t display 5 COVID vaccine shots
Ontario is encouraging 5 shots now. This Smart QR code verifier displays my vaccination history for the first 4, but ignores the 5th and most recent.

Server Error
Worked great for a couple of weeks but now getting an error message: Alert. Server Error. Please try to scan again. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it does not fix the issue. I would love for technical support in this issue.
can’t even scan images from the phone
who is so stupid to develop a scanner that can’t even scan the images from the phone?
Flying colours
First used to test this since other were removed by the Alberta government because of the Covid restrictions are lower or removed, their app were removed and this was found in place of the findings. It works just like other one issues by Alberta government healthcare system in similar manner. This is mainly for Canada due other reviews that stated words connected with this country. ☝️☝️👍👍👍👍🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Difficult to use. Practically useless and a waste of time.
Can't save record
I scanned the record and program appeared to save record. Screen went to Scan Next Record but no way to indicate there's no other records to scan and no way to view the saved record.
App broken in latest IOS
Previously worked on two issued QR codes ; currently fails claiming QR code is corrupted, but the same QR codes verify on the Android smart health card verification app.
Horrible app
Tried to scan my QR code and the app gives you less than a second to try and scan the code. It takes a bit longer than that to get the code centered and in focus. What a waste of time.

I downloaded the app and was able to read my QR code and my wife’s do it works for Quebec.
Formerly valid QRs are now invalid?
Getting ready to travel internationally and wanted to double check that the QR used by VDH would come up as valid. Scan says QR is invalid. QR has not changed so what’s wrong, and more importantly, what happens when I need to move from country to country where they only check the QR?
No longer works
This app used to work like a charm. Now it just comes up as not verified. The Apple wallet accepts the QR code just fine.
App doesn’t work
I cannot get this app to work, and there seem to be quite a bit of trouble with it by many people. Developers keep leaving the same message for everyone it’s very bland and doesn’t really give any information. I cannot find a good alternative, so this is a pretty bad situation. I do know how it supposed to work, and I am used to scanning QR codes with other applications.

The app is useless
It fails to verify genuine Walgreens test QR code. App deleted, completely useless!
Not scanning
I need to scan my card to travel to Aruba and the app will not scan my card.
Verifies as SMART QR
App works flawlessly, verified SMART compatible vaccination records via QR .
Does not work
Tried to enter the info provide to me from the CDC card issued from Walgreens, says there is no record of me getting the shots, the app is useless. Waist of time and effort.
