Unable top log in or use
Tried topping up for months, cant even log in or topping up manually. Says error try again later. No info is wrong, and tried multiple ways of logging in including UAE pass.

DARB VERY GOOD.too many times I contact salik customer service .but no proper response.i am really fed up.100 percent better Abu Dhabi darb 🥰🥰 .very very worst. There is no nunber plate registration. And new registration number unable to register.👎👎👎👎
Incomplete App
If there was anything less that 1 star, I would certainly read that. This App is incomplete and doesn’t feature all the name plates released by RTA. My vehicle code is FF and the last code it has is DD, unable to register my vehicle.

App issue
I can not open my salik application even though it’s updated on the phone it is still showing it there is an updated version and when you go to App Store it shows to open then the same message came up in the application that you need to update.
Frustrating Email Entry on Every Salik Recharge
Been using Salik for almost 3 years and everything works fine except one incredibly annoying thing: why do we have to enter our email EVERY SINGLE TIME we recharge?
The account is already linked to my email—it’s not like it changes! Having to type it out again and again for every top-up is frustrating and completely unnecessary.
Please fix this in the next update and skip the email step for logged-in users. It would make the app so much smoother.

Complete Mess
This used to be such a good, colorful, and easy-to-use app. Now it’s completely ruined — looks dull like a mourning house and barely even works! It keeps lagging, freezing, and crashing. Till now, I haven’t been able to use it properly even once. Whoever thought this new version was an upgrade seriously messed it up. Bring back the old app! eful

Careful guys as they will deduct parking without informing even or notifying you in any way, i just paid 620 AED without knowing and they will start deducting from salik and charge you for parking, tooo disappointing and a big amount and the rule was new as i used to park there for 2 YEARS without being charged and i called they didn’t care.

Not updating the Credit
The app isn’t updating the credit which I put it keeps saying recharge when there should be 100aed very inconveniencing , please fix the issue and also I updated my log in credentials still not able to log in .
Such a Useless App and Team
Since Updated version launched, the basic functionality like login is not working and customer service is giving solutions such as go to groceries and get the recharge done. It’s very disappointing that Government has chosen such Idiotic Developers for one of the greatest projects ever.
If we have to pay the fine due to the inability of the developers, then what’s the point of having any kind of public service like this.

Extremely slow
Even after updating to the new version still the app is extremely slow and doesn’t accept the log in credentials
Pathetic App
No wonder why this app is having only 1star. There is no option to give negative stars else this app would have got a big negative rating. Not seen such a pathetic app before. I have been trying to login with the saved user id and password with this app but it says wrong user id password. I changed my password twice and used the new password but no luck. It shows the same stupid message. I wonder how can a company that too a government company can make such a worst app and can list it in the AppStore. How come it’s management never reviewed this. How their own staff doesn’t use this app. I truly wish H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Makthoum see this. This app and its service should also come under his annual rating about the efficient company list. Very very bad.

Bad user experience
Worst user experience on an app, why don’t u allow to app to open usung face id ? Or don’t let u iOS save the password ?
Doesn’t work
Downloaded on my iPhone. App won’t open and therefore I can’t register and use the app
Worst app ever
Whoever was in charge of developing this app clearly didn’t do their job properly. The app doesn’t work outside UAE. When I try to login from another country it doesn’t load. When I return to the UAE, the app has signed me out and on top of that, it starts to request a password to sign in each time, completely disabling the possibility of using FaceID to login which was possible before. I think I can develop a better app. In fact, I KNOW I can develop a better app.
