downloaded app and logged in with existing account. first time it let me see various things (like “manage alerts” in STEP), but now all I get is a blank page under STEP

app support link on app store says “not found”

completely dead. relaunching no help.

Glitchy App

I have been using this app for years and have found it to be glitchy. Sometimes you cannot enroll trips abroad using the app due to blank screen and inoperative menus. Seems to occur when I am logging in while in another country.

Won’t work you open the app the warning page is not having any information. They need fix it used be helpful app!

Errors

I keep getting an error every time I select a country! I tried deleting it and reinstalling, but didn't help. The app used to work great when it first came out but apparently not anymore for whatever reason.
