Bug in the page doesn’t let me register
App does not advance
I am trying to sign in. I used this app in Feb 2026, today it says I’m a first time user. The app doesn’t continue for me to use. Maybe I should just say yes, first time user?!

Heard about this app so my wife and I downloaded it to our phones, but nothing works. All we get is an error message stating “

Error: A TLS error caused the secure connection to fail.]” Clicking App Support just takes us to a government page that says “404-Page not found.”

Stopped working
I used to use this all the time before my trips. Now it just gives error codes and doesn’t work. Fix the dang bugs!

Glitchy App
I have been using this app for years and have found it to be glitchy. Sometimes you cannot enroll trips abroad using the app due to blank screen and inoperative menus. Seems to occur when I am logging in while in another country.

Won’t work you open the app the warning page is not having any information. They need fix it used be helpful app!

I keep getting an error every time I select a country! I tried deleting it and reinstalling, but didn't help. The app used to work great when it first came out but apparently not anymore for whatever reason.

The app is not mobile device friendly
The app is not really mobile device friendly. When trying to sign in the app hangs up. You have to go to the website on a computer to enter your travel info correctly. They need to make this more user friendly
