I’m an infrequent user, covered in my son’s vomit, trying to book sick leave.
This app asks you to log in, setup pin, and biometrics. Fine if it happened once— but every time? Subsequent visits ask for biometrics to show you the login page and I repeat the enrolment again. I’m in sign up purgatory.
Will use the web app in future.

Easy as to manage leave
Great intuitive App
Great app when it works
When the app lets me login it’s great. However our entire workplace constantly has issues with the app. From having to reset passwords and then once done saying the password is incorrect to constantly having to login through the web and set up your pin every time you want to go into the app. Too many bugs that simply shouldn’t be a problem

It’s not go a leave requests. Having been ill off work you can’t go back and select the day off your were sick! Rather odd.
Great app to use as an employee
As I work various short shifts weekly, it is an excellent tool to keep track and simple to use.
Terrible take UX
An infrequently used app that constantly resets the login information requiring logging in again in web view and to set up biometrics every single time I use it. I can’t believe it requires you to MANUALLY CHECK THE DAYS AND HOURS ALIGN. It’s an app, just calculate it for me?!?! Trash.
I wish my work used another service
Why don’t employees have access to the web portal? I really hate this product design decision of forcing us to use the mobile app. I feel “dumbed down”, certainly not “smartened up”.

I wonder if it’s ever possible to stay logged in for more than a week…
A suggestion
It would be handy to be able to put in your start time when you start but not have to put in a finish time until you finish

Doesn’t log in
Hitting the login button doesn’t do anything
Simple app poorly executed
Reasons for one star are that every time I try to use the app I’m logged out. Trying to log back in won’t let me use my password manager and I have to reset my pin. Every time. After getting in the app works fine, but very simplistic and not outstanding in any way. So one star will stay until auth works properly.

Timesheet problems
I will put 1 star because I can’t put my timesheet on the app. You are a app to the employers to get paid and can’t do your job done
Wages made easy
Have a team of five rural staff - switched to Smartly (previous Smart Payroll) from our other payroll system which was very clunky. Smartly has made collecting timesheets from staff and paying wages a breeze. I highly recommend this payroll system!
Date selection hard
When selecting multiple date I find it hard to select range, particularly if dates are far apart
