Not opening
A lot of the times my app won’t open and I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Love smartsheet! Hate the app…
Smartsheet has developed such a wonderful platform and it is an absolute shame that their app is as terrible as it is.
Zero Customer Service
The functionality of the tool is good, but I had a simple tech support issue that locked my entire team out of the service and it has been impossible to resolve. Smartsheet support is nonexistent. Circular links, bots that ghost you, phone recordings that direct you to the circular links. Zero response. I suggest against investing time and money into Smartsheet projects and automations when you can easily lose all of that work.

Dark mode icon gone
App is a good companion to a great tool. Used to have a dark mode icon, now it’s gone. Please fix.

alright app, but good luck editing if you need to input anything, 90% of the time it is IMPOSSIBLE to edit your documents and have them save properly.

Faulty
Checkboxes will not appear for IOS versions. Can’t use the support chat with AI due to there not being a bar to reply, nor could I find a way to get in contact with a real person.
Latest update removed app checkmark
The latest update for some reason removed the check box in cells on the app. This is critical for my workflow. FIX IT

I like the interaction style of it all but I do not like how it’s limited to can’t upload videos. Part of some of the descriptions I need for my work may need a short video showing the operation of equipment.
Superior
Smartsheet is a far superior project management platform that allows me to stay on track easily. Sharing with my team provides the necessary accountability that helps our department navigate daily tasks as a collaborative front. I’ll never use anything else!
Constantly asking for reviews
Always interrupts workflow to have their user submit a review for their app. Similar to distracting ads.
Not what it used to be!
Not user friendly! Last couple of updates made it glitchy and constantly freeze. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Decent. Needs QOL updates.
Main issues are minor things. 1.) Work on maintaining app data in the background. Hate leaving the app for 5 seconds and then having to reload everything, very annoying. 2.) Also fix a bug where I leave a comment on a row and the whole app freezes. I’m on the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max and IOS
