If you’ve ever wanted the thrilling experience of looking completely unprepared in front of your clients and/or patients because your notes disappeared the second you click “Done,”, this is the software for you. For the low price of $9.99 /month, you too, can feel the joy of re-creating the same SOAP notes over and over again, assuming you remember them, of course. Support? Good luck. The only thing faster than my notes disappearing was the silent I received after reaching out for help. This isn’t a documentation tool, it’s a very expensive magic trick where your work vanish is right before your eyes. I would give it zero stars if it wasn’t somewhat helpful by saving some notes, but at least now I know what it feels like to pay premium rates for maximum embarrassment.

This app is great! My only complaint is I would like the back picture of the body as well. It is hard to take detailed notes only having half the body to write on.

No customer service
I have been using this for over a year now. Not had many real problems until my phone broke. When I tried to log In to recover all the details nothing came up. I’ve contacted customer service and no response, 3 emails later and still nothing. All my patient info has been lost and no one from soap notes has contacted me. I will be telling others to avoid this app following this dreadful situation

Troubleshooting issue
I need help troubleshooting data sharing amongst other apple ID members to enable chart editing.
I am not getting any support when I email customer support. I like what the app has to offer but there’s no costumer support like a phone number or chat to reach out. They don’t even have a website. I already paid for a subscription and I’m regretting it just because I have no customer support to help me troubleshoot my issues.

Tech support has become non existent.
There are many glitches on this app. For example, if you want to export a document you have uploaded, you will not be able to.You will receive no response if you contact tech-support. Stay away from this app as it has essentially been abandoned by its developer.
No longer syncs between devices
It’s sad. This app no longer syncs cloud data between devices 😢
BUMMER…Used To Be A Great App
I used to use this app years ago and have used it on / off over the years when I was able to use it depending on the office and what the doctor wanted. I paid for another subscription this past week, but it says the subscription was stale. I reached out to their customer support twice, but nobody has gotten back to me in days. What a bummer…..

No updates in 2years
My office really loves this app but we recently had a IOS update and now it will not sync between my devices! We have contacted customer service several times with no response. Need help or I will have to find new software.

I love this app since it helps me keep records of my client’s visits and improvements. The only thing I would suggest to fix is the drawing part, when I try to go back and erase a little line it erases everything randomly and I lose my drawings! So I have opted for changing the paint to white and try to erase it that way without pressing anything else. It would be a bit better if we could add words/typing to our pics for faster additions as well.
I also have to take pics of my client’s improvements and would be lovely to be able to add them to their file instead of keeping them in my phone.

Love this chart note app! But, needs one fix!
Going paperless has been a dream in my bodywork practice. So, I’ve decided to go for it and start using the app. So, far, pretty great! But, when trying to export a document from a patient’s file, nothing happens and it kicks me back to the previous screen. So, uploading a document gets trapped in the app with no way to export it! Fix this and I’d be more than happy to change my rating.
update: After a bit of back and forth communication with the developer and there is a complicated workaround that needs to be redone each time a document, such as a .pdf., is exported. I’d love to encourage the developers to fix this singular glaring issue then and I’ll totally change to five stars. I love using this app and it’s streamlined my chart note taking in wonderful ways! The interface is simple and after a little learning curve, easy to navigate. Adding a keyboard to my iPad has made for a svelte chart not

Solid but
Desperately needs a better note export function. This is far too tedious to run no-fault on a regular basis and that’s a large market to leave out of the business model.
Tech support has become non existent.
There are a couple of problems I’ve been dealing with on the app: namely, I can’t seem to delete documents or patient files. I have repeatedly written to the support email but have received no response. I don’t know what’s going on. They used to be on top of things. I hope things will change in that regard.

Export option doesn’t work
Every time I click “export” for under documents it just closes out. I need to be able to export clients intake forms. Please fix this with an update
Faulty
I think this is a good app. Easy to use, and I like the layout. Although my only problem is that it regularly deletes my notes after writing before I’m able to submit them. I’ve reported this fault a few weeks ago, but no one has responded to my concern or fixed it yet.
Min 12$ month no free version
It's ok for software, nothing else than soap notes, no intake forms. Min 12$ a month to use, for this price might as well get noterro or go paper
Wish it was MacBook compatible
I love this app so much! It’s perfect for what I need. I just wish it was compatible with my macbook. It would be so much easier to use than an iphone or ipad.
Misleading
As far as what I used I like the app, but it let me begin using it complete with three visits then all of the sudden prompted for a subscription to do anything. Thanks for wasting my time. 🙄
The most responsive development team!
This is one of those app developers who really listens and implements change requests. And quickly. I recently migrated from doing my clinical notes on a PC with Word and Excel, to now doing it on my iPad Pro. This is a very powerful app for creating my notes. I can tailor the settings to meet my needs, for example, you can call your patients “patient” or “client,” and it remembers your settings. This app speeds up my reporting process, and they’re developing more features all the time.
