Nervous System reset
After experiencing a traumatic situation on the job, the bilateral stimulation reset my nervous system. I went from crying for no apparent reason (trauma) to being able to mange my emotions again which allowed me to begin the true healing that needed to happen after the event. Excellent resource and I am forever thankful.

There’s so much to say about this app. It’s incredibly intentional, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. The quick sessions make it easy to reset your stress and get grounded; I especially love using it when I need a quick mental reset in the middle of a hectic day. The design is clean and the overall experience feels really calming. You can truly tell a lot of care went into creating this gem. It’s refreshing to see an app that focuses on REAL well being. Amazing reset
This app was recommended to me by a friend. I am constantly in need of a reset, whether it be in a stressful work day, or from overwhelm in the world, or just plain burn out. Doing sessions with Sofree gets me right back into the right headspace. The entire app from the EMDR sessions, to the articles, to the other features keep me going. This app is life changing.

Great hack for stress & sleep!
I was at a conference this week, jet lagged and struggling to get my mind calm at night. I’m known for laying awake the entire night in hotel rooms traveling for work…. It really blows because then I can’t show up at my best when I’m exhausted. I remembered I downloaded the SoFree app recently and gave it a go on the sleep setting. After just 1 round my mind wasn’t racing anymore and after 3, I found myself asleep in under 10minutes. It was awesome! This app has not only helped me up my stress management game but it’s been a wonderful resource for sleep!
