Fine before updates
This most recent update broke the login. Ever since then, the webpage has been more useful.
Not a fan
Went to update only to find out I need updated operating system on my phone. UghđŠmy phone wonât support this system. Wish we had a choice to stay with the old solarity app.
App no longer works
After the new update yesterday (Version 5.12) it no longer works on ios 15.8.3 and forces you to have ios 16 to download the new update but my iphone doesnât support that version of ios also the current app on my iphone wonât work either it says a new update is required, if this issue isnât fixed i will be going to a new credit union in yakima.

New update actually locked me out of my accounts!
I hate when an app works just fine - never had an issue in over 10 years - then go to log in and am forced to update that app and now my login doesnât work- when I click the link for help and enter the required verification info - it tells me that my info doesnât match their records 𤏠furious why launch something if it doesnât work?!?!? Now I have to contact a branch for help - really? Thanks for making online backing easy!

I donât like this new app
I donât like this new app. I canât use it with my phone anymore. I canât afford a new phone. My operating system is not new enough. I was doing ok last week with the old one.
Convenience
I use the app fairly frequently and rarely have issues. Never had a problem with mobile deposits or transfers and itâs easy to navigate.

Wonât work
Ever since a week ago I canât login anymore. At all. I can login fine on the website but not the app. I donât know what is wrong and itâs very frustrating. Customer service says itâs working fine. But mines not. Considering switching banks at this point.

Update problems
Every time this app has a new update and erases the Face ID and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app so it can work properly.
Middleware software broken
This app is unusable, the app has broken middleware authentication and it broke with the last IOS update, 3 months and still no fix.
Login is not user-friendly
Would be better if you allowed users the ability to delete characters when entering the password instead of making them restart and re-enter it all over again.

Where did the mobile deposit go?!
Iâve been using this app for years and itâs been super convenient but out of nowhere the mobile deposit feature disappeared from my app. Iâve done everything I can think of; logged out and back in, updated the app, deleted and reinstalled the app and still no where to be found. Makes it really hard to deposit checks when I have them. đ

Apple Watch Quick Balance
Quick balance on Apple Watch only works when you open the Solarity app on iPhone. That kind of defeats the person of having the watch app.

Whereâs the mobile deposit?
I have been using this app for more than a year and it use to have the mobile deposit app which I LOVED and for some reason itâs not there anymore. Other than that this app is really great, never had any problems.
Internal Error
Have not been able to access my account. I get the same message âinternal errorâ. Iâve uninstalled/reinstalled at times. So frustrating!!!!
