Doesn’t work

The app gets stuck indefinitely at the “Checking Battery” step. I have tried restarting the app, restarting Bluetooth, restarting my phone. I ensured that the sleep device is fully charged and I followed each step perfectly.

Now it’s 12:20am and I am hopelessly trying to get this app working instead of getting sleep. What a waste of time.

Easy Peasy

Worked great for me. Very easy to put on and off, especially if you ready the simple instructions or listened to your Sleep Tech. Might not be good for certain folks who don’t know how to use a basic smartphone, which I believe explains the ratings here!

Never had a chance to used the app are device sent it back to be exchanged for another one still since 5/22/24 have not received the replacement for my test study
