For years this app has been intolerably slow and unpredictable.
As of the last update, it’s seen an enormous usability increase.
It’s quick and snappy. Doesn’t hang up on communicating with the backend systems anymore.
Good job to the coders, the app is ACTUALLY usable now!

App is Horrible
When my contract is up I’ll be switching companies if they don’t change their app. Since the last update it doesn’t work at all. Other companies give you the option to be notified if alarm is disarmed outside regular hours, no such option on this app. Also, asking you if you want to proceed using cellular service every time the app is used is super annoying.

Absolute garbage
Where to begin… Refuses to connect, tells me it’s unarmed when it’s armed and vice versa. If it does work, it takes a year for it to load. If you have other options, for the love of God, choose the different route. If you’re like me and you’re stuck using this nonsense, may God have mercy on your soul.

Cell warning needs to go
Make it so you can turn off the cell data warning in the settings. It is so frustrating, would be a solid 4 stars if you could change/fix that.
