For years this app has been intolerably slow and unpredictable.
As of the last update, it’s seen an enormous usability increase.
It’s quick and snappy. Doesn’t hang up on communicating with the backend systems anymore.
Good job to the coders, the app is ACTUALLY usable now!

App is Horrible
When my contract is up I’ll be switching companies if they don’t change their app. Since the last update it doesn’t work at all. Other companies give you the option to be notified if alarm is disarmed outside regular hours, no such option on this app. Also, asking you if you want to proceed using cellular service every time the app is used is super annoying.

Absolute garbage
Where to begin… Refuses to connect, tells me it’s unarmed when it’s armed and vice versa. If it does work, it takes a year for it to load. If you have other options, for the love of God, choose the different route. If you’re like me and you’re stuck using this nonsense, may God have mercy on your soul.

Cell warning needs to go
Make it so you can turn off the cell data warning in the settings. It is so frustrating, would be a solid 4 stars if you could change/fix that.
Update the app
Garbage app. Super slow to do anything. Useless and unnecessary prompts. Please streamline app for better usage experience
Remove the annoying cellular data popup!
Cellular data warning notification pops up every time you try to use this app. There’s no way to get rid of it in the settings. Very annoying!

This app needs a total refresh. It’s slow, every time you try to arm or disarm it asks if you want to use cellular data. No arm or disarm notifications.

Using cellular data message
I wish they would get rid of the using cellular data message. Who doesn’t use cell data? No one cares anymore and this prompt is annoying.
App Doesn’t work.
App crashes every time I try and log into our facility. I’ve called multiple times to see if they can fix the problem, and no one seems to have an answer except that it “might be” because I’m using an Apple device. I’ve tried using 4 different devices and still have the same issue. Please fix this issue ASAP.

If you have more than one partition to set the alarm for, you cannot.It will only set all partitions, and will not let you set individual partitions like house, shop, yard beams. This will make it impossible for you to use another partition like your shop and set the house alarm at the same time.
No Alarm Notifications
This app is missing a core component of an alarm system which is to send notifications when the alarm is triggered. Big miss.
Does what it needs to do
App works to disarm and arm systems. People give it a bad name when it’s a phone issue and not App.
