I was almost 2 hours late home
I was going from Margate (17:24 late also came at 17:29) to Rochester I thought but this train ride took me to London Victoria I was not notified about that the train will not stop at Rochester, Chatham, Bromley south I wasn’t notified as the speakers were extremely quite like they were broken and the people played loud music. So my time was taken away from me and instead of being home at about 19:10, im going to be home at about 20:40 so 1 and a half hour of my time taken away from me. I really want them to not rush next time and let the people know before they even enter the train (I only found out after it drove through the station I needed them to stop at. The service was a 8/10 but the people who decided to randomly change the schedule mid away the train ride is a 0.

Cheaper than Trainline, and a better experience
Cheaper. No booking fee. App significantly easier to use (for quick checking f train times, and booking). I won’t be using Trainline any more

Have been trying to load app for over 30 minutes and still not done. No problem with other apps!
A true work of art
It takes a special kind of app to consistently be slower and less reliable than software was in the 1990’s, but SouthEastern have managed it.
I assume they have a dedicated team to ensure it takes 30+ seconds to load each ticket, with specialists tasked to guarantee that 25% of the time, it will show yesterday’s ticket . I applaud them for making their app approximately as reliable as their trains - true dedication to their art.

Any easy way to book
It’s easy to book train tickets and to know if your train is on time
The key
Great idea, dosnt always work or load onto the key card. So much hassle when it dosnt , trying to get around London on tubes etc! Also trying to get a receipt for expenses!
No option for HS1
I tried multiple times but did not find an option for the high speed train. The app either has a problem, or the option is not very clear.
Delay between purchase and loading to Smart card too slow
App is okay, but it takes far too long between ordering a season ticket and the having the ability to then load it onto the key card.
The app does not recognise my railcard
Since the recent upgrade the app does not recognise my railcard and consequently overcharges when pricing. What changed in the upgrade ?
Keysmartcard
There’s always some issues when you want to load you ticket to you keysmartcard and when it does it doesn’t work. It’s very annoying and frustrating because this should make it easier and faster when you take a train.
There’s been so many incidents where I missed my train because the tickets are not loading and I have to explain the situation or go to the ticket office.

Clunky- if you get your order wrong you have to clear the whole basket
Too much visual noise. Poor UI/UX
There’s too many text blocks, advertising blocks and unnecessary items that you need to scroll on every page and change 5 or 6 screens just to buy a return ticket. Yet, they don’t allow pinning a return journey featuring you might miss an ad for their railcard. Poor UI/UXdesign

This app is infuriating. Your developers need to cater for areas that have no signal. When you do get signal, you get your e-ticket ready to display. By the time you get to the gate, the app decides to refresh itself, waiting for a signal you stand there like an idiot waiting for the tick QR to come back.

Download tickets
It’s a pain you have to download each ticket to add to your wallet. Don’t know why it doesn’t download outgoing and return at the same time.
Decent but impractical
Good range of functionality, tickets not well thought out as requires signal / internet for digital tkts. Should be able to use apple wallett.
Please make flexi seasons easier
Good for buying tickets and live train times, but makes it hard to track use of my flexi season

Poor accessibility
This app still needs a lot of accessibility work for screen readers. I keep on saying this from time to time but nobody listens well one day somebody will listen. I don’t know how many stars I’ve given this because it’s not accessible. I’m not sure which parts of the screen are selected when I double tapped the tabs at the bottom because it doesn’t tell you come on get it right it’s only taking you nearly 15 years.
