This app has been fantastic! Nice and easy to use and so far has worked like a charm! I had an issue that was due to the long weekend with the bank holiday- and the representative Ryan I spoke with was so incredibly lovely, and he really went above and beyond to help me. Could be amazing…
You cannot withdraw money that you’ve deposited into it which is huge for many reasons. There’s a possibility that you can lose your link with your bank account, giving you a negative balance because the money was never sent causing it to take several business days to be able to deposit any money to make it right.
Other than that the app was actually pretty neat and has a lot of potential but the not being able to withdraw deposited money is devastating.

Exceptional App
I have been using this app for a while now and have nothing but good things to say!! Very smooth and responsive, with an easy-to-use interface. The Gentleman from Customer Service (Hunter) did an amazing job in all aspects, including follow up. 10/10 Would recommend!!

I would’ve gave a five star except the app seems to always take extremely long to add funds. Plus often I have to re-link my bank account which in my opinion shouldn’t need to happen at all, and definitely not as often.
ATM was way less trouble
Used it last week. Deposited what I needed. Bought my stuff. Went home. Worked an entire week. Needed more stuff. Only had so much to spend and come to find out Spendr didn’t take last weeks deposit till literally when I walk in the store a week later. No notification. No negative balance. My balance said 5.00.

I had trouble with one of my transactions and it was the dispensaries end that was having problems. Hunter was very patient and helped me with everything I needed help with in a timely manner.
App won’t open
The app has been working fine but now refuses to open. It just sits on the launch screen until it crashes. This is after the app completely bugging out yesterday while I tried to add funds.

Do not put money in this app. It doesn't work half the time.
difficult to connect your bank
i signed up for a promo credit and was rewarded the credit after linking my bank info. a couple days later when i went to the dispensary the credit was gone from my account and my bank was unlinked.
i have tried to relink my bank info multiple times but in the app it says there is an error. even though i keep getting email for successfully linking my bank account, it will not work in the app.

QR Camera Not Working
The QR camera isn’t working.. I’m pretty sure that’s how you pay the dispo?? Just downloaded app, so I don’t know how I’ll keep it.
No help!!!
I’ve been trying to link my bank account for over 4 hours so I can earn rewards since I spend so much money there and it keeps bugging. Will email me saying my account has been linked but on the app it tells me there was a error. Tried getting in touch with support over 10 times and that was a complete joke. Just waited and never got to talk with anyone.

The best way to buy weed
I hate going to the ATM or paying extra to get an already expensive product. Spendr not only makes the process easier, but it saves me money, and I even get cash back! Zero complaints on my end.

This app is pretty good and it was so easy to make my purchase so I loved that. It was very easy to set up my bank and get started and add money but I don't like the feature where you can't withdraw your money back into your account if you have it left over. So you have to spend the money at the dispensary or you won't get it back. So that is unfortunate and I hope there is an update so I can alter the amount that I put on the Spendr card.
