Needs ETA option on Mobile
Great service, need ETA available on phones though
Chromecast Optimizer
Dear Developer, it would be great if you can optimize the Apps in chromecast. Thank you
Excellent!
Powerful tool for tracking our survey aircraft in Africa at low cost compared to rival systems. Allows pilot to communicate with ground stations. Also powerful marketing tool - clients can see us working in real time.
App doesn’t work on iOS 12
Need to update app to work with iOS 12 update. Crashes during start up.
Requesting new alert function, please.
I missed a “watch on” from one of my pilots the other day. It’s kind of a sick feeling to think someone might have been in trouble, and this service that offers amazing communication alerted me in a way that I dismissed it.
How did this happen?
With all the “noise” in our lives, I don’t even have emails set to notify me on my iPhone. With texts, I have different sounds for co-workers, that way I know when I should be looking at my phone when I am working, vs. when I can just keep working/flying/interacting with passengers. In the case of the other day, my phone was audible, but it was on the dash of the plane as I was loading bags. Sure, I heard the text message for “watch on” from another one of our pilots, but I didn’t know it was so urgent... the text came from an unknown number, so it was categorized to me as unimportant enough to to stop loading bags. It was roughly 20 minutes after the text came through that I noticed it was a “watch on”.
I realize technology is only as good as we interact with it, and it does exactly what we tell it to, but this does seem like a systematic problem that could be fixed. If there was a way to have the alert also come through the app, and have control over the sound, I would clearly be able to tell the difference between a possible distress situation and just a text message from a friend. Currently, my spidertxt’s have a different sound to them.
Currently the text messages are sent from numbers that change. So, if I was to make a sound for text messages that are not from my contacts, I would be able to differentiate “watch on” and “SOS” texts. Of course, when I fly by Canada a few times a day (yes I really do), those Verizon Wireless text messages welcoming me to Canada would also make the same sound...
Please keep in mind, this is feedback that I hope will reach the right people to address this want. The application is great, in my opinion, and we as a company enjoy the services provided. Thank you.

Great app
Fast response to bugs. App works well.
.
Only of use if you are a pilot or manage aircraft through an organisation. Not really useful for aircraft enthusiasts.

The App is not up to the Task
Only show's latest Flight
Sometimes only shows part of a Flight

Much better than last year
If you could get the iPhone app to refresh. I have to power off the phone every time I need to refresh the tracks from one flight to the next. We really rely on spidertracks to keep us informed on our planes.
Good start.
It seems to work alright. The biggest thing it is missing is an auto refresh or a quick manual way of refreshing the tracks for better live flight following. I noticed too that it's position reports are in a slightly different location than what is displayed on the computer version. I don't know if this is a result of rounding or the difference between the maps used on the PC version compared to apple maps on the ios version.

Nice job on the new version.
The app works smoothly with all my iOS 5 products. The current location feature that is linked to the device location was a great idea.
Wow!!!
This app has been improved so greatly. Now my I-phone and my I-pad are up to speed on all flight tracking making it so easy for people to track my progress when out flying. Thanks for this great tool
Great simple app for viewing basic info
Looking forward to a new app with more details
OK needs some improvement
Application is no working!!!
Good
Good app would be better if it worked on an iPad to.
A good demo...
A good demo of spider functionality, but it could be beefed up to become a great app.
Needs:
Historical tracks
Terrain/satellite view
Detail data viewer for track points

Good App so far! Needs to provide more data.
This app is good to see the last known location of the Spider but it doesn't allow you to view past tracks. It would be nice if it was more like the public webpage where you could view past tracks as well - we often like to show people a track used on a previous trip. I can see more info using the internet browser on my phone (which is tricky to use, but at least all the info is there - i.e. the user's public webpage).
Also would be nice to see the panel that shows the current trip - "Monitoring switched on", "User turned off monitoring", etc.
Otherwise, it's easy to use and the map shows up right away with the last route/location.

Excellent
Very simple, fast and easy to use. Only room for improvement would be to have a similar feature to the website for looking at user generated messages and the time they are issued, either on the map page (preferred) or on it's own page. Other than that well done.

GREAT app. It appears to have one small problem. When the map page is open and you are tracking an aircraft the track does not up-date. To make the track up-date you have to log-out, then log back in. This will then give you an up-dated track. If this 'problem' could be solved I would then give this app a rating of PERFECT. I hope the designers of this app are reading this.
