ai problems

the bikes are great but i got charged so much bc the ai thought i wasnt in the right place even though i was. i had 2 bikes, one of them stopped perfectly fine and the other one wouldn’t stop charging me. It said i wasnt in the right place and when i tried to move it it was locked and i deleted the app to stop charging me. great way to ruin the night and lose $15.

Money hungry, Low Quality

they cut whatever you’re riding off while you’re riding which is dangerous, for being a dollar short when you spend money with them damn near everyday. The bs equipment is never charged like the app shows. Bird/ Spin step it tf up you greedy mfs make too much money to be such a half assed company! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️😤😡I’m not sure whose worse, lyft or uber or spin !

Almost great!

Love the app! Love the prices but the gps and ai detection is still a work in progress. Was unable to locate the position and said I was in a no parking zone. Other than that B+
