Three bikes in a row and all broken.
Stay away from this company. Bikes are always broken. When they work they are great, but I just tried three in a row and they were all broken. This is not unusual either.

Used this in SF. Their presentation of pricing options was as bad as it gets and cost me alot more than this should have. Seek better competitors, you’ll be happier

Worst ride
Unable to end ride and load receipt for review. Even after a credit of 3.52 dollars they charged me more than .44cents per minute. Wonder how that works. Will not recommend to anyone ever. Scam

They rate you without you opting in while charging you. So you pay and they evaluate you.
When you stop, it doesn’t work because you are forced to scan your surroundings. It doesn’t work and it is labor, so you are paying to work do them.

Cannot pay
I tried all my credit and debit card, and it just doesn’t let me pay. No matter VISA, Mastercard, or Discover, it just doesn’t work at all

I will never again take a spin. I’ll take a Lime 9 times out of 10. Spin left me stranded when I needed to get home from a bar.

Slow Mode makes bike unusable
it's nice when it works, which is rarely. the bike gps system or something is messed up, every time i "enter a slow/no ride zone", which i never actually have, i seemingly never leave it. this makes the bike impossible to drive uphill. i have injured myself while attempting to drag the bikes to somewhere the motor will work to no avail. i have been put in unsafe situations as a result if not being able to ride properly or quickly. i have not been able to complete a ride in weeks. i will definitely stick to competitor brands in the future, at least i can ride those reliably.

Worst experience with Spin
Almost every bike I tried was broken, and the overcharging is ridiculous. Constant issues, unreliable bikes, and charges that don’t seem justified. Would definitely not recommend.
