Slow Mode makes bike unusable
it's nice when it works, which is rarely. the bike gps system or something is messed up, every time i "enter a slow/no ride zone", which i never actually have, i seemingly never leave it. this makes the bike impossible to drive uphill. i have injured myself while attempting to drag the bikes to somewhere the motor will work to no avail. i have been put in unsafe situations as a result if not being able to ride properly or quickly. i have not been able to complete a ride in weeks. i will definitely stick to competitor brands in the future, at least i can ride those reliably.

Worst experience with Spin
Almost every bike I tried was broken, and the overcharging is ridiculous. Constant issues, unreliable bikes, and charges that don’t seem justified. Would definitely not recommend.

After I deleted the app cause the refund wasn’t working even after I ended my ride. It still didn’t want to work.
ai problems
the bikes are great but i got charged so much bc the ai thought i wasnt in the right place even though i was. i had 2 bikes, one of them stopped perfectly fine and the other one wouldn’t stop charging me. It said i wasnt in the right place and when i tried to move it it was locked and i deleted the app to stop charging me. great way to ruin the night and lose $15.

they cut whatever you’re riding off while you’re riding which is dangerous, for being a dollar short when you spend money with them damn near everyday. The bs equipment is never charged like the app shows. Love the app! Love the prices but the gps and ai detection is still a work in progress. Was unable to locate the position and said I was in a no parking zone. Other than that B+
