Incredibly frustrating
Why is it that I need to register and verify myself just to find out prices? I also keep going round in circles .
Unable to make an account
Tried to make an account to use the app, but it kept failing, saying “bad actor detected”. No errors in email etc. Gave up in the end.
Nice app, but please add more locations
The idea of a storage to rent is nice, but more locations are needed to make it useful. I would suggest adding more places close to the tube stations (e.g. Victoria, Stratford, Angel) as it’s more common to point of destinations be close to the stations. Another thing which is not very clear, is when does the day booking starts/ends? Is it midnight to midnight? Can’t find this information before booking. Lastly, adding insurance for the stored bikes would be very useful, as the whole reason to use the storage is to not think about the bike while you’re somewhere around.

Nice idea.
Slightly disappointed after going through all the rigmarole of registering, only to find my local hub has no spaces available… 🤷🏻♀️ Also, why do the member icons all look like dudes?

Great idea, but please can you support Apple Pay.
Also, the map showing the locations is not clear at all. Make the spokesafe locker pins big and bright on the map. And maybe a street view.

Very handy
I have been using the app for a couple of years and its really helpful. Many spaces across London and the ability to book specific spaces for my e bike ahead of cycling into town is super handy.

Totally pointless, would give 0 stars if possible.
I locked my bike here to have my saddle and seat post stolen within 2.5 hours.
To top it off, The unit is absurdly filthy, full of litter, in the corner there was a large bottle of urine?!

Always asks me to login with a password
I find this app very very frustrating to access as always asks me to either register or change password on the landing screen. When I press register the app just fails and provides a failure code.
Bike profiles???
Why add such an useless feature and make it waist time
Very easy and affordable
Easy to use and affordable way to park your bike securely without the fear of theft. You do need ID to fully register but that takes a couple of minutes and is all done through the app. Once you are registered you can immediately book and access secure parking spaces across quite a few locations in London.

App is awful!
Every time they update it, they break it! I’ve complained a couple of times that I’m not able to make a booking on the app because the options aren’t shown meaning I can’t ‘Confirm’. Their answer is always the same… “You can book on the website” So why have the app if they want you to use the website?
I go to the website, attempt to log in, unsuccessful.
Again, unsuccessful.
Again.
Again, account locked.
Password reset, failed due to password already used.
I give up. UTTER CARP!!!!

Avoid at all costs!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. For over three months, I relied on Spokesafe to securely store my bike in their lockers, which are advertised as keeping your bike safe with code-operated doors via their app.
One day, I encountered a significant issue when I tried to retrieve my bike. Despite multiple attempts with the app code and even after contacting their emergency phone number for assistance, the locker remained inaccessible. After a few days when a team could physically open the door, my almost new 275£ bike was nowhere to be found.
Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue with Spokesafe only led to frustration and disappointment. Despite filing a police report, I received no indication of a refund for the service or any form of compensation for my stolen bike, at some point they even stopped replying my emails. It's disheartening to see a company fail to take responsibility for their shortcomings and provide adequate support to their customers in times of need.
Overall, my experience with Spokesafe has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services to others. Beware of false advertising and unreliable security promises.

Used the service for the first time today, was impressed by how straightforward it was to set up and how well everything worked.
Bike stores are in useful locations and well connected to bike paths. It felt secure leaving them where we did. This app makes things easier to access.

Easy to use, user friendly UI
Great app! Does the job well, no complaints. I use these bike lockers every day - my motivations are to avoid using public transport, and mainly, to save me time. The app’s very responsive, and clear. I get my bike code instantly.
A couple of things for consideration:
1. The map feature’s visually great - but it doesn’t show my current location.
2. The main use of the app (for me) is to easily grab an unlock code for my locker. With this in mind, I’m wondering if it’s possible for me to tap the app on my phone, and for Face ID to immediately open the app, and automatically display the passcode for that hour slot in the middle of the screen.
