This app is so stupid because it cancels your spot if you don’t arrive in a ridiculously short period of time, which makes the app completely pointless if, for example, you live more than ten minutes away from a store, which is most people

The Best Stylist
I go to this location for Lisseth, she is the best there is. From initial consultation to thorough considerations, she has you covered. She has top notch skills, and a friendly demeanor. You will leave feeling like a million bucks.
Terrible timing
The app will have you arrive over 25 minutes early for no reason. Check in: says 45 minute wait. Look at it again in 15 minutes and it says be there in 10 minutes. Leave and get to salon: 28 minute wait. Do you know what I could do with 28 minutes…..

Kristen - Washington square location
I wanted to thank Kristen for going above and way beyond for my son today 8/2/2026 for his haircut. She understood what he was aiming for and more. She was patient with the last minute requests made by him and she also suggested what will work and look good. And finally she was able to wash his hair , although my son is in a power chair, she made it her goal to get the job done. That warmed my heart, I wish I could’ve given her a bigger tip because she deserved it. Thank you Kristen, Gabriel is happy with his haircut!

The check-in times are never correct and quite often it doesn’t show all of the stylists that are actually. Sometimes I’ll choose first available but then when I get there, I realize that the person I wanted cutting my hair is actually working. If it says there’s a 45 minute wait that means it could be five minutes or five hours.

Made appointment online - confirmed for 15 minutes. When I arrived at location my name wasn’t on list and showed 1 hour wait. No way to run a business.
