App sucks
I have to wait till 1005 on the day the store opens to book an appointment and as soon as I do, there’s an hour wait. I can also never find out what day the stylist I like is working so I can’t plan ahead of time.

It’s hard to schedule if you do not know if your hair stylist will be working say tomorrow or the next day. It would be great if you could see the weekly schedule of hairdressers so you can plan our time

If the store opens at 9 AM, why does the app not allow you into the app at 9 AM?
How was it when you sign into the app at 9 AM and like a certain stylist the wait time is automatically 4+ hours within the first minute? How are people able to sign in that? To create such a long week.
