Today’s Visit
The cut and service by my stylist was great. The welcome situation was not good at all. As I was leaving my lunch I signed up for an appointment. Wait time 0 minutes. Got to the store 12 minutes later. When I walked in I was not on the board. The stylist at the desk asked me to enter my phone number and it instantly up loaded on the board with a 23 minute wait. By the way, there were no other customers in the store. Three stylists were in the store cleaning the place. And the person at the desk told me it would be 23 minutes. That is when the other 2 stepped in as I said forget it. But I took up the offer from the other 2 and go my hair cut. The entire cut no one person entered the store.
