Very disappointing
I have scheduled 5 appointments with spring health tele therapy. 3 of them were cancelled with a few hours notice. The first connection with a therapist I made was a chiropractor who approached therapy in a very different way than was what I expected. That's ok. I moved on. Made a good new connection with a new therapist. We met once I felt a good rapport and approach and made a follow up appointment on the spot. It was 4 weeks out due to their vacation. I waited during that time I had some further life events and issued I wanted to discuss. They cancelled a few hours ahead of my appointment. No offering of rescheduling. This was the third time in a couple of months one of spring health’s therapist cancelled with hours to go. That’s it for me. Not acceptable. Not to mention after my first session there was inadvertently sent emails of notes on me sent to me and other users.
If you need assistance or help do yourself a favor and find a different provider who takes mental health seriously.

Just give them a call and they’ll guide you through the rest !
Trust me they’re patient with guys like us and they’ll sit there and wait the whole way till we finally press the buttons, send emails, listen to swoosh noises, make grunts, yell at our neighbors,etc

Not a good service
Customer service is terrible and providers cant be trusted either

She works with my teenage son. I started seeing positive improvement after the 2nd visit. Now he looks forward to seeing her.

2026 if a company says they value customers with no customer service Phone Number maybe don’t trust it..? I try therapy every couple of years with no avail. Same here. I have deep childhood trauma I’d like to unravel but every therapist just ends up asking about my week. Same here. I journaled the night before my scheduled appointment and knew that I didn’t need a therapists help for this. So yes I canceled my appointment in less than 24 hours. And they charged my card without my permission or knowledge. I only recommended 1 friend to this service but I will be taking my recommendation back and let them know how this business proceeds with the money of vulnerable people.
