Fake profiles to make you subscribe
Concept is good of car sharing. But you can’t book or offer ride without subscription. Also, there is a scam reported in multiple platform and I also experienced the same. When you offer or search for ride, you can see an exact match with same time and location in the second option, but that is surely a fake one to encourage you to subscribe. Once you will subscribe, you will not get any response or it will disappear. Once you will change the time, the same fake profile will show with exact match with updated time. Users from multiple platforms reported on this scam from SRide. Be aware.

You enter into the app. You search for the destination and source and the time.
Then it will show a list of ride offers, but the first one will be the exact same ride with your required details. So you will jump up being elated that you got the ride. Then to contact the person, you will need to purchase the subscription. Money gone.
Then comes the climax .
You can contact everyone else in the list but not the first one - which one had the exact same Offering as your requirement. You can only any msg him and he never replies. More importantly the ride offers will look very genuine with dp and ratings. And the other listing rarely meet your requirements and most cases are no longer valid. I checked using different requirements, and again the same results, the first result always replicate your requirements but doesnt reply you. So, basically it is a scam and hardcoded so that it will show you the exact match and lure you to buy the subscription. Be aware.

Can’t go to ride match in notification
When click on match, it takes to different matches. Also can’t send email to help. Send button doesn’t show up on iphone app.
Poor Experience, Unreliable Service
My experience with Sride has been frustrating. I booked a ride worth ₹133, which was confirmed, but the driver left almost an hour early without any notice. I was left stranded, and there was no option to cancel or get real-time help. I received an email today that the amount is being refunded in 3–4 days, but that doesn’t solve the root problem.
Most of the time, people who post rides don’t even respond or confirm properly, making the whole platform unreliable. My subscription has already started, and if this continues, it’s a complete waste of money. Sride really needs to fix this urgently — poor coordination, no accountability, and zero reliability.
