Usually it shows my bus times but all of a sudden there’s no more busses going to my stop yet they came pls fix
Incorrect outdated ticket info on app
Tickets on the app is not recognised by bus driver and group ticket available in the bus is not seen in the app. We used the park n ride at Bridlington to Bristol for two days in a roll and twice the bus driver recommended different options to the app. Don’t waste your phone’s storage installing this app

It isn’t working at all
I’ve used this app for years but there’s no point anymore. The bus tracker doesn’t work, just says there’s no journeys to show at my stop. So then I use the plan your journey tab instead but that also shows nothing. Buses still stop at my stop so nothing has changed in the route. I literally am having to guess when my bus will be at the stop because there is no way for me to check, please get your app working again.

New version of app is so bad its unusable
I’ve used the stagecoach app for the last year with no problem, it was easy to use, reliable and showed bus tracking.
BUT, the latest updated version is literally unusable!! There are 2 bus routes past my house, one is usually every half hour, the other is very infrequent. I need to get into town for 9.45, but there are no bus services shown on the app till 12.15, despite the actual timetable showing them starting at 07.00!! It did briefly show the alternative bus route, albeit it was way earlier than I needed, but now that has vanished too. 😤What the hell Stagecoach🤬?? Sort this out!! To everyone else, don’t bother with this app till the next version is brought out

The reason I bought a car
Most of the buses don’t load when you need them to. The app tells you that they aren’t coming or non are arriving for you to then see them drive past you when the app is telling you the bus isn’t there. Some of the bus stops don’t even load so you cant even click on it to see when your bus is arriving. Literally missed so many buses because of these reasons. Please fix your app and make major changes to improve this. I had no other choice but to buy a car and drive as I couldn’t hold my frustration for this app anymore.

Garbage
Just use Google Maps for the bus times & stops. Google Maps is surprisingly very accurate and informative for this.
Then pay on the bus using cash or card.
Much easier than spending a lifetime trying to learn & navigate around this overly complex app that is confusing, disfunctional, and innacurate.

Stinks
The new app is so annoying! Before with the old app, you got the local map, clicked on the bus stop you wanted and got the times. You could also see the buses on the map in the local area via GPS. Now it's nothing but questions, filling in this and that and then you finally get a bus time, WHY? It's so retrograde from the previous app. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD APP, THIS ONE STINKS!

Where is the bus????
I have been waiting for 60 minutes for a bus that should have arrived at 18:48. The updates on the app are totally misleading and inaccurate. Yet another occurrence of an appalling service!
Where’s the 12.46
Standing waiting for the 12.36 from Lewknor that says it’s on time, but clearly is not. I’m guessing it will become the 12.06.
It said it was cancelled
It said it was cancelled so then I gave up on it and then I opened the app again about 10 minutes later and it said it was completely fine and now when people ask me why I couldn’t get on the bus, I had to say it said it was cancelled and they won’t believe me.

Ads pop up after buying tickets
Ridiculously, I get ads for men’s underwear that fill up the screen immediately after buying tickets, saying I have special offers. Frankly I don’t care about buying underwear or anything else when I’m just trying to get a busy ticket. Also, this makes things difficult if I’m buying a ticket right before getting on the bus and there’s a time crunch. It seems I can’t even escape ads on an OFFICIAL BUS APP. There is no place for ads here, the only reason I continue to use stagecoach at all after this disrespect towards their customers is because they’re the only ones available.

Probably the worst travel app i’ve ever used, why it feels the need to be this bad i have no idea, don’t bother just get a first bus i beg.

Total rubbish. Bus never comes on time and when it does there’s 2 behind it. Can’t believe we have to pay for this service
U16s free tickets
The bus driver gave me a free bus ticket because I was under 16 on my ride to my football training, this is beneficial for people such ad parents who struggle to pay for children’s transportation. It’s only the 6 week holidays but I hope stagecoach can do this after the holidays for children who need to take the bus to school.my favourite bus service

Rubbish information
Never gives right information. App said our bus due at 17:40 was expected at 18:12 in fact turned up at 17:38 so we missed it as was last bus of day. Tried phoning stagecoach but all you get now is automated answers telling to check ap or website.
Great Application
Got this app in 2025 to help me get on buses around Scotland, and it’s done its job, the UI is great, no glitches or bugs from as far as I can see, and it’s a fantastic utility.
